I went to Take 5 Oil Change couples a month ago and staff damage my car and they need to train people how to do people car. Staff are very rude. Please do not go there. Go to other place to change oil. BE AWARE!!!!!

Came here a few months ago for an oil change, the kids that were working were joking around and didn’t really seem like they knew what was going on, but there was a supervisor there so I figured everything was fine. Jump to my next oil change, I come back to the same place, they said “whoever did your last oil change did an awful job, and didn’t screw on the oil cap, you are lucky you aren’t on the side of the road” so there’s been oil pouring out of my car since that last time. What makes this even better is these were the same kids that did it last time, they looked it up on the computer. They continued to minimize the situation, joke, and laugh about the problem they caused when they realized it was them who were at fault. I always swear by take 5s but not anymore, especially this one. Really disappointed, and I’m lucky I wasn’t on the side of the road

I came to take 5 today and they were the nicest place I’ve ever been too they gave me a water and helped me with all my problems. Arisha was so sweet and the other workers were also really nice!!!

This place is a joke? Take 5?
I waited 35 minutes and got skipped twice. The prices are very high and bad service.
I will never be coming back to this place.

Unprofessional!! No receipt! No oil change reminder sticker! No beverage offer! Windshield washer fluid not topped off! By far the worse Take 5 I have ever been to. The shop manager and the lady working was too busy talking and not paying attention to the needs of the customer. I will never utilize this place again! First and last time!

My son had his oil changed at this location last week because he had a coupon. After the service was completed, they told him their scanner didn’t work so he couldn’t use the coupon. He asked if they could key it in manually, and they said their system wouldn’t allow that. Seems like a pretty sleazy way to run a business.

The people are great and respectful but this is the second time where I got my oil changed there and the next day my car won’t start. I’ve never had any issues with my car before when getting my oil changed at other places.
