Sally lacks professionalism, exploits people, and overcharges them. I strongly advise against her services. Based on my experience, I consulted another tax accountant whose calculations were logical, and she acknowledged Sally's inaccuracies and dishonesty in her work.

CONSUMER BEWARE!!!
My grandparents have used Susie for many years and I started going to her a few years ago. Recently we have had multiple issues with Susie and her firm and I feel it is my due diligence to inform the public of her costly
prices as well as how she took advantage of my elderly grandparents and claimed she would handle a situation with the IRS. Now because of her lack of communication and inability to properly do her job we have had to hire a tax attorney.
When confronted about a refund for services not rendered she refused.
Shame on you for charging elderly people and not doing your job.
I will be contacting the NC Accountant Board and the EA board to file proper complaints.
Shame on you for taking money and not doing your job.

Hello, let me start this review by saying as a business professional myself I tread lightly on reviews but this is one the public needs to know about. Susie's Tax Ea Firm has costed us money that should have never been spent. she did our taxes and has since had to hire another CPA to fix the problems that was not done correct. The time frame was suppose to be a couple of weeks, it turned in to 6months. She didn't communicate at all. Susie was good when she worked for small people instead she took on bigger clients and let the smaller ones fall through the cracks. I wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone!!!

We were very pleased with the service we received from Susie. This is our first time using an accountant and the experience was very good. She is very thorough and professional, and clearly knows her business very well. We will continue to use the services she had to offer.
