Poor customer service, I stood in line about 10mins waiting, two tellers were working drive thru with no one there. One gentleman went to the bathroom made eye contact but not once said hello or someone will be right with you. Came back from bathroom went back to drive thru and continued with a conversation with the other teller.

I thought it was just me, but based on other reviews the lack of quality customer service seems to be a trend at this location. Sometimes I am greeted when I enter, most times I am not. I love NCSECU and really hope that this location can get it together. Until they do, I’ll take my business to the newest location on 68.

Consistency is not a thing at this location.Every time in the drive-through it’s a completely different experience and it’s never a good one.The customers service is always lacking and everyone is always so rude. Most of the time when I come through I’m not even greeted or told to have a great day after the transaction is completed. Do better.

I have been a member of NCSECU for over 30 years. Recently, this banking institution has failed to provide quality services, failed to disclose information, failed to process monetary requests and failed repeatedly to protect my accounts from being compromised and repeatedly refused to accept responsibility for errors that negatively impacted my accounts. NCSECU places undue restrictions on its members. For example, I attempt to initiate a personal loan, but my credit score was under the unreasonable limit that was required. When I agree to a co-applicant, who was present, only then I was informed that a co-applicant had to be a member of the credit union. Of course, I was denied the loan. Another example that I can give was placing a stop payment on a company that was continually withdrawing money from my account without my authorization. The credit union not only allowed the continual withdrawals but failed to inform me that I had to request a stop payment on varying amounts to prevent subsequent withdrawals. Despite being a loyal member of the credit union, I was treated with a lack of respect, notified of restrictions after the fact and victimized numerous times by a banking institution that is more concerned with protecting its assets as opposed to its members. I strongly recommend that consumers search elsewhere for a credit union that values its members.

Try a different branch. They have the worse personalities and customer service of any branch location I've been to. I thought it may of just been me, but my sister states the same after several different occasions. The worse!!!!
