***IM POSTING THIS HERE AND ON THE TARGET REVIEWS***Me and my friends was recently here on February 24th in the A.M. There was a queue of a line and there was one barista. We were hesitant at first as we had large order. But she handled it really well and did an amazing job. She was multitasking making drinks, taking orders whilst making other people's drinks, putting food in the bake oven and she was super friendly, patient and professional. She did amazing on every last drink. That was the best cold brew I've ever had at any Starbbies and my friends also said how amazing their drinks were when they tasted theirs. I asked her how long she's been a barista and she said only a few months but her drinks tasted like she's been doing it for a while. She credited one seasoned coworker who she said trained her the best out of everyone there.We will definitely be returning! I didn't get her name unfortunately but thank you so much girl. I'm only disappointed we didn't have cash on hand to tip her and there was no tip option available when we paid with our cards.

Girl wanted to argue about how I said I wanted turkey and told her no I wanted bacon, acting like she makes 50 an hour with a huge attitude so I just hot my money back. Will never go again.

Tall and fat African American, guy working was incredibly rude.. We walked in at 730 after shopping and he was stacking chairs. We asked if he was closed and he said no.. walked into the back yelling omg .. they close at 8 so I’m not sure why so upset.. after 5 min he came out with a look on his face of disbelief.. I took my family and went to Dunkin’ Donuts .. better staff experience

The man and woman working behind the counter at 2:15 PM on 8/20/23 were incredibly rude. They rolled their eyes at us, and made a rude comment after I told them they gave me the wrong order. Worst service I’ve ever received at this Starbucks- which is a shame because I come here often. Won’t be coming

This isn’t usually where I frequent for coffee. The coffee was good, so no issues there. Nonetheless, I think the customer service could improve. As I told the barista my order, I made it clear I would be using my Starbucks rewards app. There is no scanner by the pin pad for the customer to scan themselves (at least one I could I see), therefore the cashier has to manually scan with the wand scanner (on their side). Since the cashier was aware of the points app, I think she could have taken the extra step to say “I would be happy to scan the points for you.” This would have made me less prone to overlook this step before paying for my drink.

I ordered the wrong thing and they happily made it over however all of the Starbucks including this one do this weird thing lately by adding whipped cream into the already downsized cups to mask the fact that they aren't giving us the correct portion. As a former barista it's really making me mad that they do it like we don't notice!
