I would've felt more comfortable being at a stranger's funeral. Yet, the employees on staff seemed to be even less comfortable. No greeting, no seeing if I had questions about the product I was hovering at for three minutes, and when I did go grab one, the most painful silence and movement back
And to top it off on top of that, the stock for the electronics listed did not even match what was in-store. Either that or the employee didn't want to check
I ended up going to the bestbuy over in Greensboro and have a complete 180 of experience. Greeted immediately, multiple employees checking if I needed anything within moments of looking at a product. Actual variety and assistance with the products. And just a general good atmosphere
I highly suggest you go there instead

Not quite the same feeling as shopping at office depot, in some ways more affordable and if your sharp eyed you will come across some great discounts. Very convent print services at this location. Amazon pick up boxes located inside.

I needed signs for a birthday party printed on card stock that I had created on my computer. They said they couldn’t print it due to the clipart I used when making the signs.

The gentleman at the print desk today told me my prints would be completed in two hours. I waited around for 2 hours for blueprints to be printed. When I went back two hours later to ask an update on my prints he rudely stated “I told you that you would get a call when they’re ready.” There is absolutely no customer service at this location.

The staff at this location always show respect and courtesy towards their customers! They also do a fine job keeping the store clean, organized and managed. I'd say give them all a raise or bonus, they deserve it!

Geoffrey was absolutely amazing! We placed an order for some cards which had same day pick up... he called and let us know they were backed up that day but stayed overtime to get them finished and had them available the next morning. Not only did the cards come out amazing, he even gave me the cards at no charge because it was late. I really appreciate that! Thank you so much again! Will definitely be ordering from this location again!
