“The branch on 68 / Eastchester is very clean and nice. The greeter is friendly in helping solve issues, without having to see the teller. They do have speedy transactions. For best service avoid rush hours.The interest rates do not seem to be competitive with other non-credit union banks. Do your research. There is also no permanent financial advisor at this branch.”

“Not sure why all the negative reviews, but I’ve been banking here for a few years and rarely had an issue. Any issues I’ve had have been promptly resolved. Recently, I had an unused account I wanted to close and transfer funds to. Kevin was especially helpful with getting everything I needed done quickly!”

Now in this 21 century with multiple ways to communicate yet NO ONE knows how!!! `If there is not an APP for that !!! you are on our own. While visiting the High Point branch Fenicia Chadwell sincerely blessed me with KINDNESS and PROBITY. She is truly a jewel in your crown. Her outstanding customer service encouraged me to stay with Truist Bank. Mrs. Chadwell is the difference we need in this world. !!!”
“I've had nothing but good experiences with this Bank of America location in downtown High Point. I've interacted with various folks here over a number of decades now, from help with my first home mortgage to investments. The people have been great.Most recently, I worked with Lineth Pena and she was wonderful. She was very nice, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and efficient. She's great at what she does. I wish there were more people like her.This is the only Bank of America in High Point that's open on Saturday.Compared to other Bank of America locations I've been to, mainly in North Carolina and Georgia, this location is perhaps the nicest and biggest. I believe I remember when this location opened and I want to say it was in the 90s, but I don't know for sure. I grew up going to the church next door, First Baptist Church, beginning in the 80s.”
