“The team at store 1760 saved my behind today. I had ordered 25 spiral-bound booklets from a competitor, only to find out on the weekend that they were running 5 days past the deadline and I wouldn't get my order until after I needed it. Before the store opened, I ordered the various parts of the booklet, intending to assemble them myself and return to the store to get them bound. Within an hour of the store opening, Daniel called to check on my order and make sure he understood what I needed and the deadline. He then called back, asking some questions to help assist me in the best way he could. After one final call and a few emails, the store printed, assembled, and bound the booklets and had them ready for me the same day. Unfortunately, Daniel was gone for the day when I went in to pick them up, so I will have to go back to thank him personally. The manager, Amy, was also phenomenal in recognizing this looked like a booklet and not just several sets of printed pages.
