This is a go to Sheetz to go to around the area always come here for snacks,gas, air pressure or any convenient needs. However they could work on their customer service. Never once have heard staff say welcome to Sheetz or ask if I have a Sheetz card, etc. I remember one time I had to void item off self checkout and he got super grumpy and said “what’s the point of self checkout “ for a simple task he got mad. I believe his name was Mohsan. I also don’t get why they don’t sell lottery scratch offs at checkout and only machines. Unless they ran out don’t see why they don’t. So yes need to work in customer service and lottery scratch offs

Stopped in for gas and some food was helped out by the manager running the shift JENN and she was amazing and so friendly. The food was incredible and the service was top notch.GIVE HER A RAISE ASAP

Ordered chicken sliders and this is what I received. This is ridiculous! Item description says chicken tender on bun. This is a chicken nugget. How can someone who works there seriously think this is acceptable?

I stop into this Sheetz often as it's on my way to work. Every coffee I've ordered here has been yummy. The selections of food outside of the MTO is excellent as well. They have a stocked up little center island fridge with lots of goodies to check out. Including the little peanut butter & honey uncrustable which makes for a yummy breakfast lol. Always quick and kind - Sheetz is always a win.

very upset with the customer service here I couldn't hear the man yelling my number for my food he then came out and very rudely asked if we order food and told us to listen next time and I said I couldn't hear and he yelled back while walking away I yelled your number and laughed In a smug way.
