The day that my glass was replaced the technician left without putting my windshield wipers back on. He then called back and said that he forgot to put them on so I had to leave a meeting to let him back into my car. The same day when I was going for lunch, as I was pulling off I noticed that my steering wheel was moving. He failed to lock my steering wheel back and I almost wrecked. A few days later a piece fell from the glass. Apparently it was a piece that he had to take off to replace the glass and did not put back properly. He promised me new windshield wipers and that he would come back and fix the piece that fell off. He followed up once and never showed up and I have yet to hear from him since even though I have followed up. This is unacceptable. If this is not resolved immediately I will be calling my insurance provider to let them know This is not a reputable business to partner with.

I brought my 2022 RAV 4 to this Safelight to replace my front windshield when I got a crack. It had a wireless key pad stuck with adhesive to the front windshield and the technician told me it could be safely removed but I would have to get the sticker adhesive replaced by Toyota. I agreed to this. However, when I picked up my car, the wireless key pad had been pried off with a tool or something like screwdriver…. And the key pad is BROKEN! I called and talked to a store manager and they refused to take responsibility or fix it. I called Toyota and they said that they replace windshields at the dealership all of the time with these key pads and use an adhesive remover and never break a key pad. Now I’m stuck with almost a $400 bill when I get it fixed by Toyota…. Because of the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR MANAGEMENT AT SAFELIGHT in High Point. I’m very disappointed in my service, that they broke something and REFUSE to fix it or pay for a new one. If you have anything attached to your windshield DO NOT take it to this company. They don’t stand by their work and will break your car. They don’t care!

I booked an appointment to have my rear window replaced. I had to cancel but the person who initially helped me with my problem was very knowledgeable, friendly and was able to answer all my questions without putting me on hold or calling me back. Matter of fact she understood my dilemma due to a similar issue the same as mines. I would recommend Safellite to any of my friends.

Safelite sucks, they over charge for their services, and you can't get in touch with them every. You call in and ask for agent, IT HANGS UP ON YOU. You go though the number selections to try and get a person on line, IT HANGS UP ON YOU. I've been trying for 3 months to talk to the person that was helping my mother with my claim while I was in the hospital. NOW THEY WON'T ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No I am not getting work done by Safelite I was scheduled for an appointment between 8am-1pm and the tech comes 10mins AFTER time slot of 1pm …late just to tell me I’ll need a full glass repair. Then I call the number for the high point office on the card the tech gave me, no one picked up so the call was transferred… the representative tried to call the repair shop then gave me the number saying “no one is picking up “ I called the repair shop four times to be hung up on each time. Then it was finally successful my fifth time calling just for you guys to tell me my repair would cost $400+ which is a rip off.. I was given a quote of 169.99 for crack repair and $250-$260 for full windshield repair. How did the process go up overnight???? No thank you. I’ll repair it myself. In the meantime I have more of an inconvenience of disputing the charge with my bank. Safelite gives credits but no refund? Why would I want anyone or myself to have this experience again?

Showed up to drop the car off because I was told they couldn't do it remotely. So I took off work, Had arranged to have someone else give me pick me up and drop me back off then I show up 30 mins before my appointment and they tell me they can't do the service. Won't be going with this company in tge future.

We priced a couple places for two different trucks windshields. Safelite was a lot less expensive by almost half. We dropped the trucks off and picked them back up in the afternoon. It was easy and hassle free. They were efficient and we were pleased with the price and service.

Just got my windshield repaired and it was very fast and easy. My technician, George, (says that name on my receipt) was so helpful and nice. He even cleaned my windshield for me and removed any residue that was already on there. Even though this was an insurance claim, I will be back if I need any other work done! Glad to know there are still friendly and helpful people out there.

Technician installed windshield wiper blades wrong after I bought a new windshield. Cracked a few months later. Management refused to stand by their work and make it right. But what do you expect when dealing with the highly intelligent, classy population of high point?

I made an appointment on a Friday night, and paid my deductible to get it all taken care of. My appointment date and time comes on Monday. I get to the office and I’m told my appointment was cancelled by myself and I’m not on the schedule.. why would I cancel my own appointment ?!. I spoke with some manager and he stated the part I need (since I have a factory camera behind the review mirror) is not at the location. Why wouldn’t it be when I provided all info and they knew what vehicle I had ? He stated another location has the part I needed. He could order it and get it next day for me to return to this location. I called Safelite customer service on a whim and the customer service rep said she called the supposed location that had the part, and she stated they did not and was unsure why the manager at the high point location told me it was at another location. She also said she called the high point location three times, and was hung up on twice. She said she will be in contact with her manager about the rudeness of the high point location. I spoke to the head manager of high point and he stated he would be able to get me in Tuesday for sure with the right part. I told him about the incident and he said he would speak with the other manager who gave me a story about another location having the part I needed, which they didn’t and I was given the wrong information. This location is very unorganized and I will not be using the location again. They replaced my windshield yesterday.

I had a fantastic experience with Safelite Auto Glass and their technician, Greg. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Scheduling an appointment was easy, and they accommodated my preferred time slot. The receptionist could have been a bit more welcoming.The technician explained the entire windshield replacement process to me, making sure I felt comfortable and informed. The work was completed efficiently, and my new windshield looked flawless. I was impressed with the quality of their work and attention to detail.Overall, I highly recommend Safelite Auto Glass and Greg as a technician. Their professionalism, excellent customer service, and top-notch craftsmanship made the whole experience hassle-free and left me with a safe and clear windshield.
