Consigned and sold a car through Rich Auto. Randy could not have been more accomodating, informative, and professional. He did everything he said he would and sold our car quickly. Entire process was easy and stress free. Will work through Randy again if situation presents itself.

Very hard to get ahold of - inflexible hours, seriously what kind of car lot is not open at all during the weekend. Also they close early during the weekdays so basically you have to take time off of work to buy a car. The toll free number on their website is incorrect and gets answered by another business. Very unprofessional lot suggest buying from someone who actually wants to sell cars.

I experienced a lack of communication with this car dealer.Your response is not accurate. The words you used when I called were, “we will not be here until after 2:00PM, come by then”. To which I replied I would and shared a big interest in the car, you even share a long back ground about the car and it’s owner. Bottom line is, I wanted to come see the car, you said not to because you all wouldn’t be there until after 2:00PM... but later in the day you said you were there until noon and sold the car.... you could have at least been honest about being there so I had the opportunity to come by in the morning. How you handled this wasn’t ok. Your response on the phone to me was “it’s just business”.
