Stopped in this place after everyone else was rude. I am glad the others where, customer service here at Ramirez Automotive was great. Office Manager met me at the door. Shook my hand took my truck inspected and washed it. Great respect. Tv and comfy leather couch that reclines.

In the time of need. And with so much patience from everyone. I was definitely pleased. And last, but damn sure not least, I have to give that Jose his flowers. He was just as outgoing as can be and made sure that I was taking care of the right way and not taken advantage of when it came to getting a car. So go check them out for sure, and Jose will get you right.

Zero stars. I found these guys online and found a truck I wanted to buy. I live an hour and a half away. Called and set up an appointment for the following day. I text the person I spoke to Jose, letting him know I was on my way. I was a few miles out when he text back it had sold. I spent money on a carfax as well as gas to get there. I'm out time and $. They should've called, letting me know not to take the trip to see this vehicle. Bad for business.
