I came there the other day to wash a large comforter. It smelled awful. 30 machines were down. Never will go back.

Rude lady that works there. Place needs an upgrade. Older guy is snobbish and I have no idea how they stay in business with half their machines never working.

I had been going there for years. They have someone new or the owner washed my white shirt. She washed my white shirt with something that put spots all over it. I went back and told her what happen. She accused me of messing up my own clothes. She told me she would wash them over but said I could not come back. I called today to pick my clothes up, which now it is hard to get someone on the phone. She told me now , I have to pay Ten dollars. It is terrible when you have bad business with customers that have been coming there for years. If I can give the rating of zero stars I would.

The owner is absolutely crazy. Yelled at a guy for “breaking his machine” as it was LEAKING. Service your stuff. He threw away my bag that was sitting on the table. I’ll never go here again, and I hope another one opens nearby.

Disrespectful peoples own itToday was there. A man around 50 years of age. Saying that he is the owner.Fighting with a lady. She was talking on phone and guy came and told her this is USA don't talk loud here. Was talking too bad to lady. Calling her a bi..ch and told herGET OUT OF MY LAUNDROMAT.women was alone and she had a little kid with her also.Will never go again on that LAUNDRY.

I've been coming here for about a year now and it's been great. I've always had a washer and a dryer available when I needed it. There is usually someone on duty doing cleaning and folding etc. I do come during the week and in the off peak hours so that I'm sure has something to do with it.The gentleman everyone in the last two months complained about is still here. He must have been in a better mood today because all he did was scowl and do some light cleaning.As people have mentioned and in case the photo doesn't show it, I've also noticed over the last few months more of the machines have been marked out of service without being repaired, most of the machines are older but some are really old top loader washers and all the dryers are older models as well. I'm sure that's how they keep the prices for a double load front washer to $2.50 (out of 9 I'm currently looking at 3 are out of service). I am wondering if there is an upgrade planned at this location or maybe a sale of the business.If the business is up for sale someone needs to jump in and grab it. Do some minor upgrades to the equipment like energy efficient machines and credit card acceptors and watch the investment grow. There aren't many laundromats in the area and this is one of the better ones.#businessopportunity

This place is in major need of an upgrade. Most of the floor is broken tiles. Over half of the machines are out of service consistently.

Clerk on staff showed up for maybe 10 minutes. He was absolutely ridiculous, walked in with a scowl on his face already in a bad mood. After being there almost 2 hours and spending over $50 between laundry and rides on semi and batman cars decided he wasn't fulfilled in his life unless he was yelling at 4 kids 3 of them under 5 yrs old. If you have issues with them climbing make sure it is 1. Posted and 2. Find/Ask parent if they can have them get off or only sit in cab while in use. It is not that hard to speak to people with respect. I have 3 kids and I was constantly monitoring them they were not climbing on tables or chairs trashing the place or being loud. He was sitting on back of semi safely yet clerk had the audacity to say if I can't control my kids leave them at home. What if I was a single mother this is an absolutely pathetic excuse for a human being! Then after only being there 10 minutes harassing children he left again to go God knows where.
