First time renting with Quality Self Storage. Walk In and was greeted and helped by Amy. She was friendly and very professional. Space is quiet and clean & affordable. Definitely glad that we drove by and saw this storage place.

I have been using self storage roughly 6/7 months and I have had to call maybe twice, due to my own laziness and Amy has helped me each time she is a AMAZING I call and she instantly takes cares of everything I need with the best attitude and conversation. Honestly, this place is the best storage facility I've ever rented at. I move around a good bit and have to move storages often. These guys were always great. Answered all my questions, super straight forward, very helpful. And everything I saw is indoor storage! They're crazy cheap for indoor storage. Next time I'm back in High Point, I will absolutely be using this facility again!

I just raced in right before closing and Amy seeing I was stressed treated me with respect, patience, professionalism and smiles. Took care of my emergency storage needs, gave me referrals to reputable pickup and delivery firms, and got me set up with two units in 15 minutes. The PRICE was right, but use Quality Self Storage because their customer service was beyond compare! Thanks Amy!

The worst experience I've ever had! They sold all of my family heirlooms after I even spoke to them and informed them that I would be paying. Store your stuff here at your own....... After being warned

Easy access with parking and we had a 26 foot truck. Pleasantly surprised about access to the unit with wide hallways. The staff was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Restroom on the site and they had lots of carts and hand trucks that made moving in much easier.
