I had 3 loans with High Point bank since Pinnacle bought them out we have had nothing but problems.They have messed up 2 of my loans everytime I call I get a different balance and even they are confused.I haven’t heard from my loan officer in 3 years I don’t even know who my loan officer is . I never get emails or anything in mail I had to contact them to let them know my renewal date had passed. I disputed the amount after I was forced to pay off the loan. I sent receipts and copy’s of checks to the main headquarters a year ago and still no response.I would say Stay away from them!!!

In all my 70 years I aint never seen anythng like this before. Opened an account at the old bank here in 1999 now $6800 lost from my account. I have a lawyer and lawsuit is coming shame on these frauds!!

Awful service. Drive thru was held up by only teller they had and the person wasn't even a Pinnacle customer. Teller held up the line to call Asheboro branch instead of making person come into the branch. Drive thru backed up. We left without doing business with this branch. Will not use them again for several reasons. Branch on 62 in Archdale MUCH better and friendlier!

Good ol' High Point Bank has really been through some big changes over the years. I was a customer since the HP Bank days and I've got to say that every change, even though challenging sometimes to learn, seems to have made the bank better and better. It's true that it is now a multi-state bank, but it still feels like a small town bank and with the increased assets has come increased security so I feel safer than ever.

Rude and inconsiderate teller. Wasting customers time while catching up with friends at window. Even watched customer put phone in teller tray to send inside to look at pictures. Really!!!!

New name every year. Originally was HIGH POINT BANK following year BANK OF NC and the following year PINNACLE Financial Partners. Now the online banking system is acting so retarded it's unusable. If you forget your password they ask you ONE secret question only and if it's not in the EXACT original words - access is denied. When you call customer service you get a 1930's ring sound then the automated "help" runaround which is always busy no matter when you call. This d*** bank can't even tell you your current balance without you going to the branch ATM with your card. Current balance quote is a simple free service most credit card and online banks do routinely for customers. - Next year's name should be "PITIFUL" - just another d*** multi-state bank.
