Worst car dealership i ever been to. I went to the north location to look at a 2012 mustang convertible that they had. I called and asked what location it was at so after that i drove 45 minutes to go look at the car. I pulled up to the parking lot i couldnt find the mustang ANYWHERE ON THE LOT. I went inside and talked to a salesman and asked about it. He knew i was coming since he had called me when i was on the way there to look at it. The salesman seemed nice at first but was acting super weird and pushy when i kept asking where the mustang was. He wanted to try to run my credit on the car before i even got a chance to look at it and i didnt want to. I kept wanting to get up to look at the other cars on the lot but was constantly kept being told just take a seat. I finally got up and said im going outside to look at cars and i started to realize the cars they sell here. I see cars with huge dents, missing door handle pieces, scratches. After about 10 minutes of looking outside the salesman comes to tell me the mustang i drove 45 minutes to see was in the mechanic shop getting worked on cause it had broke down….. I WAS FURIOUS. I hopped in my car and drove across the street to see the cars they had for sale. They didnt have a good selection but they had a salesman 10x better and nicer than peters auto mall. The salesman at peters auto mall was pushy, cocky, rude and was kinda a jerk. I didnt even feel comfortable. I will never be back to that place ever again for a future vehicle puchase.

Had a great experience working with Angela Dutton. She worked with our credit score and got us into an affordable payment on a reliable car. She was also very patient and kind with our 4 year old who was running around while we tried to fill out paperwork. Definitely recommend working with her at this location.

10/10 highly recommend Peter’s Auto Mall. MJ was the sales associate who assisted me today. I am completely satisfied with the customer service as well as the sale. He was super nice & he made sure I got the best car & deal available. I was able to find a great car, great vehicle history, & great payments. I came in wanting something that had sold the previous night ☹️?? I left in a newer car with top of the line features and I couldn’t be happier Angela was a great saleswoman! She was patient and held great conversation while we waited. I could talk to her all day! She provided advice and answers to all questions I had. Ricardo was a great help as well with advice and making sure I got a vehicle that fit my needs and finances best.100% recommend!I also really love the aesthetic of the interior!Thank you all again! ??
