“Not only did they ship fast but they also had great customer service! I bought an Arcadia kit that turns out had a broken bulb. Once speaking with their representative and trying to troubleshoot some problems, they sent me a replacement bulb without issues.”

It’s clear they’re there because they genuinely care about animals, not just for a paycheck. While the prices are a bit higher than what you might find online, I love supporting local businesses—especially one that helps rehome animals. They also carry a much better selection of healthy food brands for both cats and dogs compared to typical pet stores. I’ll definitely be coming back!”
“I decided to use the pet wash yesterday it was well supplied and clean. During the time that I was there a couple came and used the station next to me. It was very upsetting to see how they created such a big mess, didn’t clean the dog hair off the brushes, left dog hair everywhere and placed the dirty towels in the trash. It’s a shame lack of common courtesy that some people have. Other than that I love shopping here and the customer service is always on point.”

“Ok so I didn't come here for the PetSmart but I love that PetSmart has an adoption day. One of the best I've ever been to. Very organized and Penny from Juliet's house was amazing. We drove an hour and a half to pick up two kittens. I love PetSmart as a whole. I love the perks and all the variety of grain free food they offer for cats as they are carnivore animals and grain is not typical in their diet, but I digress. The cashier was lovely and the only one open. She was busy to say the least but still had a smile on her face.”
“All ways willing to help with a smile and go out of way to help if needed, more then other places like big box stores and Walmart of Thomasville were your money is not needed they say.”

“I arrived at Petco with a very excited energetic 9 year old. We walked around to find a bathroom for him. My son does not like public bathrooms but has to go really bad. The bathroom was a little creepy. In fact, we saw a cricket in there. Needless to say, it was a rush and get out situation. We located the fish section and his energy and excitement grew. Caleb greeted us and offered to assist us. Well, again, I'm dealing with excitement and energy all the while Caleb is talking all things fish. Caleb was extremely patient as I had to redirect my kid several times. Caleb was extremely patient when my kid asked him 1,001 questions. Caleb was extremely helpful because I knew absolutely nothing about fish. Did I mention Caleb did all of those things with a brightness in his face? I literally felt like he was excited to help us. He may have been cringing inside but his outer appearance never showed it. After attending what felt like Betta Academy with Caleb, we met Amanda at the register. She greeted us with a smile and helped me when I had some confusion on store and online pricing. She engaged with my excited energetic kid as well. All in all this trip was a success and I am a mother to a male Betta named Franko.”

“If your a dog...This is as close to Heaven as you can get. I am sure pet owners love its convenience as well. The staff appears dedicated but I have noticed slip ups from time to time. Especially at the front entrance which can get overwhelming urine smell because of the four legged patrons who stop to mark the post( and irresponsible owners who do not walk 10 feet to allow pet to mark a grassy area just off the store front) But staff appears to have used an odor neutralizer to get the worst of it under control.”
