An order canceled AGAIN!!! this is the 2nd time this has happened. I am home sick and could not pick up. If there are no delivery drivers, the website needs to be updated so people are not able to choose the delivery option. I found out 20 minutes after ordering, very upsetting when you are hungry and expecting your order to show up. Just about had enough of this.

Says that they deliver but most of the time they will just cancel your order and leave you waiting all night. When you finally do contact them regarding your food they say "we aren't delivering today." It is a shame, this used to be our favorite pizza place, the food is great and the people that used to deliver the food were really nice.

I place an order on door dash that was accepted. After saying preparing for an hour I called to inquire about my order. A man answered and when I asked if they are preparing our order he hangs up on me and now every time I call an automated message picks up. Very unprofessional will never order again

What's up with the Russian title? This is a Spanish-speaking business with a Spanish name! I don't know, but maybe they speak Russian too! The grocery store-restaurant underwent a makeover within the last few years, and it was beautiful. Unfortunately, their prices are much higher than the neighboring Mexican store, located in the adjacent building next to Family Dollar.

Purchased a couple of pounds in red meat it was nasty when I tore the plastic opened it smelled and it was dark the only red meat was the piece on top. I called and the lady that answered said there was nothing they can do since I already took it home. I normally don’t post review but that was 38 dollars worth of meat and for the lady to be so rude was worse.

Brandon was an amazing manager. He was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure myself and family were taken care of. He was knowledgeable of the menu and even went over each Togo item before we left to make sure we got home with the correct order. Definitely coming back and spreading the word!
