The fact that this place was down a creepy looking Road, should have gave me an idea of what it was like. The long wait to get something shipped out (and not because of customers, there were none). An extra $4.50 charge from their place that they don't tell you about for shipping items out (that they forgot to mention). Once the gentleman put the sticker on the package what am I to do . He couldn't even give me an idea of what the price would be before he printed out the sticker. Plus the charge that you get from UPS. No receipt on a package that was from Amazon, so I'm not sure if it even got out. Most places I've gone to will print me out a receipt.
