Our experience with Natuzzi Edition has been a nightmare. We ordered a 3-seat sofa with 2 reclining seats. The sofa arrived with many Issues (e.g, frame misalignments, leather defects, armrests not properly filled (i.e., the leather was sagging in the middle)). We were going to reject the delivery, but were assured by the salesperson that everything is fixable and will be addressed. That is when the nightmare began. After sending a tech representative , the customer service informed us that the sofa met Natuzzi standards. They were willing to fix the armrest and nothing else. After waiting a month, the sofa was picked up for repairs, but has not been worked on for almost another month. When the sofa was redelivered , we realized that the armrests were unevenly filled and nothing else was fixed. In the process , the leather was scratched. Then the store sent a new tech, who managed to even out the armrest. So we now are stuck with the defective sofa. Natuzzi has a non-existing customer service, they never return phone calls or emails, basically non-responsive to customer complaints. No discount was offered. We do not recommend buying anything from Natuzzi Edition! Stay away!!

I purchased a Natuzzi Editions brown leather chair at Home Goods about 5 years ago. Within the last 6 mos. the non removable seat cushion is cracking and pealing. It is definitely not leather. It is pleather. I called Home Goods and they only return within 30 days. I called Natuzzi customer service and got nowhere with them. I will never buy a Natuzzi product again. They were supposed to be a quality furniture co. NOT!!!!

Bought a side chair at the warehouse sale in NC this past weekend and was missing parts of the hardware. Just went to call the customer service to ask about it and their “customer service rep”, Iris, was extremely rude and assumed that I was calling to ask because my last name popped up when I called and someone with my last name had just called before me to ask the same thing. It was my mom who I went to the warehouse sale with. Little did I know, she was missing hardware too for a couch she had bought. Iris told me that she had JUST explained to my mom everything came “as is” in her huffy puffy voice. I hadn’t even spoke to my mom yet and she was RUDE to me for calling as well. We had asked if all the hardware was with the furniture prior to purchase and they told us it was all underneath the furniture. Either way, “Iris” was extremely rude and when I asked to be transferred to her supervisor or manager, she wouldn’t transfer me! They have now lost TWO customers for life. Nice goin, Iris!

Purchased Natuzzi Editions power reclining sofa and loveseat several years ago. Supposed to be a 'premium' product at a 'premium' price. Approximately 18 months ago one of the 'control' boxes for the reclining push buttons stopped functioning. Contacted our local retailer (Bondar's) where we purchased the units from and they started the process with Natuzzi to identify the proper 'box'. Natuzzi contacted us directly requesting a photo and bar code of the affected unit. All good. Shortly thereafter received a message from our retailer indicating it should arrive in 6 - 8 weeks. Ok.......given the 'supply chain' issues going on at the time didn't think that was all bad. Approximately 8 weeks later received the new control box and installed it. Everything once again working. Not a week went by when a second unit stopped working. Contacted our retailer again and they ordered another new unit. Expected the same timing and waited to hear back from them. 8 weeks go by and I once again contact the retailer. They have not heard back from Natuzzi.........12 weeks go by, still nothing. Our retailer's service manager sends me copies of numerous emails he has sent to Natuzzi without reply. 20 weeks go by......still nothing. Now 6 months after the 2nd order went in the retailer gets a message indicating the part has shipped and should be there within 4 weeks. 8 weeks later we are notified by our retailer that the part is in. Picked it up yesterday......incorrect part was sent! Retailer is genuinely embarrased and apologetic...........has indicated they are no longer selling Natuzzi product because of the prolonged service issues and lack of communication they have had with them.Will be refunding the part cost and ordering the part I need again at no cost. Who knows when that will come????Update, Sept. 20............After posting the original review, contact by a Natuzzi representative was made within 24 hours!!!!!! Surprise, surprise! The very nice woman, Mary, apologized and indicated that she would personally be looking after my issue to a satisfactory resolution. Within 3 days of her first contact she indicated the parts required were on the way. Woohoo! Finally................it only took 9 months! She asked me to please update the review reflecting the great service I just experienced. I indicated I would, once I actually had the parts in my hands. So, now 3 weeks later I am posting an update, however it is not a good review.......again. After receiving nothing to date, I once again contacted Mary as to the whereabouts of my package. She apologized, again, and said she would be investigating with 'shipping'. Now a week later and Mary has gone AWOL........no response. Should I be surprised?

The recliner switch was defective last yr and the 2nd one put in was defective as well. The switch should last more than a yr. Not a great couch for the money

Unbelievable poor quality. Natuzzi leather sofa cushion began to sink so we turned it upside down and removed the dust cover. The sofa construction is made of particle board! One of the support straps had frayed and severed from rubbing against sharp exposed staples on the particle board framing. We were also shocked to see that the "support" for the back was nothing but thin board you see on the back of wall units where you cut out a hole for your TV. This is equivalent to bad cardboard construction.
