Guys at the front desk were straight forward. Helped me find several parts for my wife's Mercedes. I felt so relieved to find quality parts , I decided to go back later that same day to pick up drilled and slotted rotors for my car.

Ordered part online. Got there to pick up part and they said the order didn't go thru. I showed them the order number and it still didn't help. Then they told me the part I needed wasn't in stock. I drove 20 miles to get the part. I did get a refund a couple days later after NAPA canceled my order.
