I almost always have very good experiences with Napa employees.. The one star review is for Cody at 2801 n main st. This kid couldn’t be bothered to look up from his phone or greet a customer; ear buds in and totally tuned out of the world. He didn’t even bother to put his phone down while “helping” me at the counter. We had placed an order for two c clips the day before, with Cody, only to arrive the next day to him not remembering the conversation and not having placed the order at all, but he “sure thought he did”. So then he looks for the parts, tells me to head 8mi south to the next Napa center, and upon arrival; they don’t have the right clips either. Jerry there helped me look for the right parts and it turns out the clips we needed were out of stock and special order for half the quantity we needed. So there was no way Cody could even place the order for the clips and he never bothered to tell us that in the beginning; instead I got to burn $15 of diesel and an hour and a half of my life, that I will never get back, on a wild clip chase. Do not waste your time talking to Cody, he is the worst representation of Napa and you’re just better off working with someone who’s capable of giving a damn.

Heading back from Carolina Beach and had a wheel bearing go out. While my husband was changing the wheel bearing in the parking lot, the NAPA employee came out gave us cold drinks and snacks while we were waiting!!! Thanks sir!

Store is clean and neat. 3 times I have been here and there were no emplyees to be found even after calling out "Hello!!" No answer. The few time there was someone there they never carried the item I needed, but could order it (for a VERY over inflated price)

We use NAPA products for most of our auto needs. This store is closest so we visit it often. Each time we walk away completely satisfied with our experience; however, our most recent experience was the best. There were several customers in the store when we arrived, so the two guys up front (Shawn and Ethan) were pretty busy. Even so they were patient and attentive to each customer as if each was the only one in the room. When it was our turn, they gave us the same wonderful service and again we walked out with a smile and exactly what we needed!
