Scheduled 9AM appointment in advance. Requested mounting and balancing of 4 brand new tires and a NC Safety Inspection. After an hour wait time, vehicle was driven into a service bay. Tires were mounted and balanced. Waited an additional 45 minutes for NC State Inspection When I brought the extensive wait time to "Randy's" attention who became visibly irritated and attempted to justify the delay in servicing my vehicle by stating that "walk in" customers' needs had to be addressed, I recognized that first time customers were given a low priority. In addition, an emission check was performed. Under NC DMV guidelines, an emission check is required only if the vehicle is 3 years old and the odometer reflects a mileage of 75,000. I had to bring the error to "Randy's" attention who had the $30 charge removed from the final invoice. I was again sorely disappointed as to how I was treated as a first time customer. I will take my automotive service needs to any number of High Point Tire Service competitors in the future. I would like to recommend that the staff improve their level of communication with consumers and management develop a more organized system of serving customers' needs .

This place is very convenient and I have always had positive experiences. This was the first time I have ever seen or spoken to the owner, Dale. Dale was very aggressive and agitated when I conversed with him. When I asked a question he told me to "stop" and continued to speak very loud. He completely caught me off guard with his volume, tone, and language. Unfortunately, I won't be back because his customer service was disappointing and lacked professionalism in every manner.
