This is the daughter saying this but the company is a scam and very much likely the boss calling my mom a thief because she said that my mom stole the computer which my mom has been paying the computer from last year and it was makes no sense because how can y'all be doing that when my mom has been paying but late which makes no sense because how come she is paying late and she struggles to and y'all really going to take it when she hasn't even been paying like come on now this is all slow and y'all are basically stealing and scamming people like y'all are the true thiefs here

We got a lot of furniture from this place. Our reclining couch and loveseat were previously owned. The couch had one end that was sagging. They sent to delivery guys out to fix it and it isn't fixed. They had one guy sit in the middle of the couch while the other picked up the sagging end and shook it. It looked good until I put the recliner out on that end. It is still leaning. I spoke to someone in Greensboro about this and he said I need to send pictures. I gave him the pictures of how it looked when they first brought it but he wants more pictures before sending anybody out. We have been paying on this furniture over a year and we would like them to knock something off the price since we are paying $98+ per week for all this furniture. We are definitely NOT SATISFIED. There is also a piece missing from the loveseat. You can see the gap right behind my dog on the couch.

This is the worst company they lie, they called me 1000x a day. I had to block them from calling. Then they harassed my referral people acting as if I was late. I paid my furniture off. But I will never rent from this company ever again. Don’t do it. They are going to harass you. It got so bad, I told them to take me to court. They couldn’t because I wasn’t behind. The one in thomasville nc. They were in high point but moved to thomasville.

This company is God awful for one reason. You can't miss a payment by even a few HOURS or they HARRASS you with multiple phone calls a day. On the Friday that my payment is owed they call me up to 5 times until I go make a payment. 5 times and the payment isn't even LATE YET! There have been times as well where I have called them and told them I would be late paying and they still harassed me. Do not go here.

I passed by this place so many time so I decided to go in especially with Covid stopping most furniture manufactures from production this place was so great!!!! Fast knowledgeable and such friendly staff!! Susie got me in and out within 20 mins!!! ??? THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWESOME AND I GOT DELIVERY THE VERY NEXT DAY!!!! They exceeded my expectations... the store manager was high energy and so pleasant I’m telling everybody about this place there prices are so affordable and there furniture is high quality!!! So glad I finally stopped in

I have been satisfied with service all along. My problem is with the website. It has not been working in month's to be able to make payments. Is there a reason for this? Have reported the problem for the 3 monthsIm back with the same problem unable to make online payments.I have tried calling number listed on web site and called in to store asking for a corporate number?No one answers the phone nor will a phone call be returned. Considering the amount of turn over in those stores I would prefer to take my chances online.Is there a legitimate reason its still not working and if so why not take down banner offering online payments.

Good friendly service throughout. Michael the store manager is very Friendly, Knowledgeable, Respectful, and goes above and beyond to make customers happy. I have purchased multiple items since 2015 (very satisfied). I am Happy With All my Purchases. Fantastic service all round, delivery at stated time, delivery men very respectful and helpful. I Would not hesitate to recommend to others.
