My family and I visited the High Point location today and left with a purchase, no need to visit any other Mattress Company. We were given several different options without being rushed to make a decision. The customer service experience was impeccable. When my husband and I are ready to purchase our new mattress we will return.

I went to Mattress Firm after visiting another mattress store that I was unimpressed with. Francisco in the High Point store was knowledgeable and gave multiple suggestions and options.

We were completing financing on an order we had put money down on during the Labor Day sale. When we arrived 15m before closing, the salesperson (I forgot his name!) on duty was helpful and acted like it was 15m after opening. He took care of all needs we had, set up our delivery and even caught it that we needed to order brackets for our existing headboard so the installers would take care of connecting it to adjustable base. We left 20m after official closing and he was still so kind and gracious. Thank you!
