I regretfully am no longer a customer of Kathy's Grooming. Kathy has always been awesome. But after 2020, the level of grooming skills and customer service changed. Kathy is still awesome. I cannot say the same for the groomers. I had to remind them to clean my dog's ears several times. My poor Yorkie looked terrible several times after being cut there. He looked like a rat. One time they didn't cut the hair from around his ears and I thought his ears were flopping on their own as I never had a yorkie before. It was because they didn't cut the hair on his ears. But, why????There was an issue almost every time I got my dogs groomed and I grew unhappy over time.Before I put the blame all on Kathy's business, it was my fault for canceling at the last minute quite a few times. So, I can imagine how frustrating that was for her. We finally ended our relationship today when she told me the groomers told her they did not want me to return.I was with Kathy's grooming for 11 years. I will miss her. But, I will not miss Kathy's Grooming the business.There are many great grooming businesses in this area, especially mobile grooming businesses competing for business. If businesses want to stay competitive they should make sure they they strive for excellent customer service or risk losing customers.

I have used Kathy's grooming for many years. The staff is all very caring and love every pet they groom. I highly recommend thus business for your pet grooming needs.

Brought my collie in for a groom and my pups turned out amazing. After not being groomed for a year I thought he was fine but they pointed out hotspots and where the hair clumped up and irritated his skin. They were very informative and will def be coming back.

My dog looks amazing and has never smelled better. I always had a hard time finding a place because they don’t usually seem so kind but the staff was very genuine! Boss loved them from the start! His coat is soft, he doesn’t clack when walking on the floors, and he was very excited! Thank you for doing such a great job!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE AND NO ACCOUNTABILITYA couple friends of mine have taken their dogs to get groomed and have picked them up with cuts and nicks. Some have even lead to INFECTIONS!! After contacting the business directly, owners did nothing to fix the situation, no accountability, no apology. My friends and I will not be recommending this business to others. If I could leave no stars I would. DO BETTER KATHY.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLEI am absolutely disgusted with not only my experience but also with the staff. After spending over $70 just for my dog to not only have bald spots but also have rashes that had to be medically treated I will not be returning nor should anyone else. They clearly do not care about their clients well being and when I brought the issue to management’s attention nothing was done not even a refund after openly admitting that they butchered my dog. If I could give this establishment negative five stars I absolutely would. If you care about your pets this is not the place for them

I took my dog in to get groomed, later to find out he had been left like this. Not once did they mention this when he got picked up. I believe this was very unacceptable on their part, I went to go address the situation and they did not even acknowledge that I was upset. I understand I am only one customer and you guys have many others than me but as a small business owner you should care about the people who take the time to give your salon a chance. This was absolutely RIDICULOUS and I will never be coming back or recommending anybody here!

The staff at Kathy's Grooming Boutique genuinely care about your dogs and they actually love what they do. If you want to go to a great place for grooming go to Kathy's Grooming Boutique.

We love Kathy’s grooming! Our dog, Gibson, is always so excited for his grooming appointments and looks quite handsome afterward! The team is incredibly polite and easy to work with. I definitely recommend!

This place deserves no stars I had been taking my dog there for a while the past couple months. Recently they've been trying to over charge . I picker my dog up and she had a whole chunk of hair missing from the top .. it later on was bleeding im assuming it had to do with the clippers they used it's been 2 weeks and she's still recovering . They charged me $10 extra and didn't take good care of her. I am very disappointed.

Awesome! I have been taking all my Miniature Schnauzers to Kathy's Grooming Boutique for almost Twenty Years! I will not take them to another groomer.

Kathy’s grooming was recommended to me by a neighbor. The staff is friendly and professional. My groomer Morgan is the best groomer I’ve ever had! Morgan not only does a great job but my dog so SUPER comfortable with her!

Thank you for taking care of our fluffy corgi. He is so beautiful!! The last place we took him, they just shaved his hair off. Everyone at Kathy's Grooming is so nice. BASH was so happy and relaxed when he left. That means they took care of our baby so well. We will be going back!!! I wish I could add his pictures
