As others have stated. The furniture selection and quality are there. Sadly they use a very unreliable deliver company “American Delivery” which has now cancelled two appointments for delivery. Hoping third time is the charm. Get delivery dates in writing. Also note Kagan has not tried to assist or help me at all. They need a new delivery company otherwise I would not shop there again

This store has just about every style of furnishings you can think of! LR, BR, DR, benches, statues, lamps, fireplaces, cabinets.... They have you covered! And the sales staff doesn't trail you and keep 'checking in' but are available if you want them. We were idea shopping but would not hesitate to purchase here.

This store is the only store I believe that has an amazing selection of furniture. Every time I go there they improve. The new management is doing a great job at selecting quality and fashionable furniture.

I purchased a couch and for starters they NEVER sent me a receipt. They never explained the return policy either. I needed to return it and they refuse to take it back even though I offered them a 20% restocking fee! They told me it was a special order which was a lie, it was sitting on the sales floor. These operators are liars and as far as customer service, it is horrendous!! Stay away at all costs . They only take cash and that is an indication of how they do business . Stay away from these dirt bags! Their prices are the same if not higher than anyone else! I will be reporting them to the better business bureau. My sister purchased 3 pieces, not only did they send her the wrong piece but it was broken. When they tried to use the recliner on the couch, metal scratched her brand new wood floors! When she called them they did nothing to help her! They told her to call the manufacturer! STAY AWAY!!
