“Excellent customer service! Tank was very patient and helpful with us. My phone wasn't getting a signal, which seems to be happening with some older Samsung phones. He tried installing a different sim card first, but sadly my phone was toast. He helped me trade for a new phone, and he was so polite and patient with me and all my questions. He also helped my husband trade his old, clunky Motorola for a new one. And we walked out of there with an armful of goodies such as tote bags and hats. I already am loyal to T-mobile because of their support for the military, and Tank noticed my husband's Afghanistan Veteran hat and talked to him about his service. He was so respectful. Such a great store with great people!”
“Marie C. And Jacob are 2 young, hard working individuals I observed in the 30 minute wait I had at Verizon. I was first greeted by an older gentlemen, and he told me there would be about a 30 minute wait. What i observed in this wait was the 2 young people which names i mentioned in the beginning was doing exceptional work, the older black male seemed to be frustrated but that shouldn’t affect work as he is in customer service. I’m a tempered youngin myself so if I feel/sense tension i don’t want to deal with someone because we might go back and forth with heated words and it’s not worth it so i try and advoid those situations. Those 2 young ppl however deserve a raise, promotion and everything else they desire. Awesome fast/friendly service from them 2.”

“I walked in there with three phones that I had got from purchasing them online I had no clue of how to set them up and I was stressed. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by both staff that were there. The store was clean, and organized. I spoke to the young lady there by the name of Dashay B.as well as young man named Christian. (I hope I got the names correct). I explained my situation and she was very attentive to my needs and understood exactly what I needed. I left my phone's there and came back in an hour and when I came back everything was completed. There was a little bit more work to do on my phone because of so much different things that I have on my phone and this is where they really stepped up above and beyond they took their time both of them to work on my phone for almost 2 hours and they got everything transferred from the old phone to the new phone with such great customer service and very pleasant. And while doing this they both continue to greet other customers as they walked in. As far as I am concerned this will be my store from now on. The manager was even on site and she was working with customers. They all worked to keep the store running smoothly. Thankful for Dashay and Christian you all are amazing!!”
