I decided you get another 1 star for the owner on here attacking me. (How dare I) for leaving an honest review coming from my experience and background. I revised my last review to add in more details. Please do me a favor and eat a humble pie. For attacking someone trying to be honest, and leaving a review on a site to leave reviews. You and your store is not perfect. And obviously your employee that just moved from Washington is poorly trained or running a scam. So for my experience with the store 1 star. For the experience with the owner on google 1 star. Have the day you deserve! Do you want to still play this game? Or maybe tighten up your game. I think you need to smoke more also to calm yourself down.

I am a contractor from Maryland and came down to Jamestown for a week to work on my mother's house. I have severe osteoarthritis in my hip and knee, so I did a search for CBD shops in the area. I am so glad I chose iHemp. I have never experienced such top-shelf customer service from any of the dispensaries I've shopped back home. I explained to Lydia my issues and she knew exactly what I needed. She is very friendly, upbeat, knowledgeable, and professional. Their products are high quality and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend iHemp to anyone contemplating CBD but not sure what to buy or where to buy it. I'll definitely be back as I come down at least once a month.

This was my very first visit to a cbd/hemp store. They were super helpful, as I had a lot of questions. Very clean inside- and set up makes it easy to find what your looking for. Prices seemed high, but again 1st time- so I have nothing to compare it to.

The women that is on the scooter is rude and acts like a know it all, when she literally works at a hemp shop... She was commenting on melatonin and acted like she knew about the health effects of it. She also flipped me off for no reason as I walked out even though the person I was with bought something and I wasn't rude to her at all. I guess unhappy workers just take it out on customers and she is one unhappy person.

I went here for my first time and was so welcomed. However, the next time I came, I was behind a couple of people, and she said that she would not serve me because it was 7 minutes til the closed. I enjoy their selection, but even the customers before me mentioned how the customer service was terrible and how they were shuffled out before it was even 15 minutes til closed. Try to enter this store in their peak hours and avoid them near opening and closing.

Great store. Has everything we need without the ‘big box’ crammed shelves feel of some other stores. Clean, organized, and the staff is particularly nice and helpful!

Lydia is the best! I’ve been to a few other CBD shops around the Triad and a lot of places people are impatient, lack customer service skills or just seem like they’re ready for you to get out so they can return to the back of the store (where I guess their just chilling and watching TV or something). I literally only go here because Lydia is so pleasant…purchasing from a place that’s happy about your business is always the goal. I do wish they had more regular CBD options, but the ones they do have is good though. Still, quality service for the win here.
