I took out vacuum in thinking that it was not long for this world. It sounded off and started to smell when we ran it. When I picked it up from House of Vacuums it looked brand new! The gentleman who helped me was polite and told me immediately what they could and couldn't do before I dropped my machine off.

Just purchased a new Cyclovac central vac system to replace our old Silent Master that we also purchased from HOV 13 years ago. Art C. helped us with the entire process including installation. My husband and I were, and have been very impressed with the professionalism of all the store personnel but especially Art. He is extremely knowledgeable with many vacuums and systems, and is also very courteous, considerate, and thorough in his job. We HIGHLY recommend House of Vacuums for all your vacuum needs.

My husband and I took our Dyson Vacuum Cleaner to House of Vacuums in October of 2023 to be serviced. The store was immaculate. The professional assistance was excellent. After a couple of days we were contacted that our Dyson was repaired and ready to be picked up. When we picked our vacuum cleaner up, it looked shiny clean and worked like new. House of Vacuums and Art Caico, the gentlemen who helped us, deserve a five star rating. I highly recommend House of Vacuums for your vacuum cleaner needs.

As the once proud owner of a Dyson I can honestly say I’m glad that time has come to pass. I didn’t realize how much dog hair I was missing in my carpets using a battery powered stick vacuum. Art was great, from the time I walked in until I left. Answered all my questions and I left with a Sebo. My wife had vacuumed earlier in the morning with the Dyson. I came home and vacuumed with new Sebo and filled up a bag. Looks can be deceiving and we had no idea how much hair had built up from our dogs down deep in the carpet. Thank you Art for staying after close to help a forever customer. They also have awesome home fragrances. Stay away from Shark and Dyson or any large retail vacuums.

We have been a House of Vacuum customer for many decades. I purchased my very first vacuum, a Filter Queen Princess about 40 years ago and still have it. So much for reminiscing. After 24 years we needed to upgrade our builder installed central vacuum. Cory has turned this store into a showroom! A+ job! What a wonderful place to shop all-things-vacuums. The new central vac is high quality and a giant leap forward in performance over the old unit. Also, Cory sent his A-team installer to do the honors. Thank you Art! We appreciate your being a competent, consummate professional. I know one doesn't need to visit a vacuum store very often, but if you are in the market for one, you have got to give them a try!!

I never leave reviews but I have to for these guys. I had a 20 year central vacuum system that had to be replaced. This is a large investment and I wanted to make sure I bought a unit that was going to be about to handle my household mess and last for some years. Art advised me on a new large unit replacement. I am so happy with my central vacuum system. Art is so honestly and respectful. He installed the unit exactly as he described in the store. He set the whole unit up and made sure I could use it before he left my house. I could not be happier. Customer service impeccable. If you want great equipment and honest people. Shop with Corey and Art!

I took my 4 yr old Dyson in to get the attachment hose repaired since I had good recommendations for them. They said it needed cleaning also. I received a call that it was ready and when I went to pick it up I had to ask what they found wrong with the hose. They told me the attachment hose was not repaired because Dyson didn’t sell attachment hoses for 4 year old Dysons. I still had to pay for the cleaning and filters that were more than I was quoted when I left it there. If I had received a call from them letting me know it could not be repaired I may not have kept it or spent money to have it cleaned and wouldn’t have had to pay charges for cleaning and filters. Now I’m stuck with it because I paid for cleaning and filters. Also I was asked why I bought a Dyson and was told they were not good vacuum cleaners.

My wife and I have a 20+yr old Electrolux Renaissance vacuum that was in need of cleaning and repairs. We brought it to House of Vacuums and dealt with Art. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable!! Explained everything as well as alternatives for a new vacuum. My wife purchased this new and wanted it back working. Well, Art and the House of Vacuums, cleaned repaired and tested the vacuum for a very reasonable cost considering the vacuum and it's age. Working GREAT and we couldn't be happier. Will DEFINITLY do business with them again, whether it be for repairs, parts or a new vacuum!!

I cannot believe it took me all these years to discover this gem. You MUST SEE the retail store as it is unlike any other and it’s a one-stop shop for service, parts, and accessories. You also take home your items SAME DAY; you don’t have to order and wait. The service was impeccable and they even make house calls. Honestly speechless!

This place is great!! I had been in the market for a new vacuum and was doing research online and I thought I knew what I wanted. My mom recommended House of Vacuums so we tried there and I’m so glad we did. Art wasn’t pushy at all. I told him what I wanted and he steered me in the right direction. I didn’t feel pressured to make a purchase, I actually left to think about it but turned around before we got home. Hopefully I won’t need to buy another new vacuum any time soon but if I do I will for sure be back to House of Vacuums.

Love this place! Purchased my first Miele vacuum cleaner here about 12 yrs ago and I have no regrets. It was definitely more expensive than your typical vacuum but well worth it. Ask for Art when you go. Very knowledgeable about vacuum cleaners and very nice to talk to. His presentation was on point! I take my vacuum every year for service. Check em' out!

Right when I entered House of Vacuum's, I immediately noticed the wonderful displays. Art was most helpful with informing me about the different Quality Levels of Vacuum's so I can make an educated decision for my needs. I gotta say this Sebo Dart makes a difference in my home, and I feel relaxed that there's a 10 Year Warranty with Yearly Maintenance! If you're tired of Standard Retail Vacuum's that only pick up so much, give a Quality Vacuum a shot from House of Vacuum's!

The best place to get an excellent quality vacuum cleaner and the best service and knowledge from Art Caico(Clean Home Expert). Art is a professional salesman who took the time to show us and explain in detail the different types and brands of vacuums they sell. He asked a few questions to know better our needs and let us decide our best option. We recently purchased a SEBO vacuum from House of Vacuums, and Love it! We have 2 dogs that shed a lot, and were looking for a better vacuum than our previous one.
