had less than 5 minute hold for customer service. The agent was extremely nice and verbally instructed me how to release something from behind the drawer through my obtuse explanation. The problem was resolved in less than 2 minutes. Very nice to work with

I purchased a bench and thought I did not receive the hardware. I called and the problem was solved immediately. They even sent another bench. To my surprise the hardware is located under the seat behind the felt. I really appreciate the professionalism and quickness with dealing with my issue.

If a company does not have an online form for support or an email to send questions then it must not care much about the people who purchase it's products. In other words, make the sale and don't worry about repeat business - take the money and run, run, run.

This company should be rated -0 Very rude , stupid, uneducated and worse attitude customer service personnel . I wouldn’t buy their products because of their customer service. They tell the customer what to do. They don’t have supervisors to talk to. You are stuck with a punch of low class customer service personnel . The bottom line this company’s products are worthless.

Purchased a 6 piece sectional from Costco in 2017. The non motorized recliner pull thing broke within 1 year. Now it has broken again. It's on back order no idea when I can get a replacement and can't but more than 1 when they are in stock. They need to redesign this piece of crap! Pod over $2,000 for this and wish I wouldn't have. Costco might be getting it back!

Buyers BEWARE! The quality of this companies furniture can not even be rated it is so terrible. It is unfortunate that I can't post without giving it a star because I would have given it a zero to negative. Whatever material ours was made from fell apart within the first year or so. The top layer just falls off onto the floor or sticks to your clothes. I called the corporate office and they said unfortunately, but they only warranty their furniture for a year and I was past that time frame. That is pitiful and unexcusable. I don't know a company can with a clear conscious sell such incredibly crappy products. Shame on them. I will never buy anyone of their brands again and will tell everyone I know not to either.

We ordered a sectional sofa and a bedroom sent back in November 2018 And we still don’t have all of the pieces yet. Has been paid in full since December 2018 and every time we ask about the missing piece Either it was broken in shipment or it was left off the truck. It has been on the Fed ex truck 1 million times but it’s never made it to us yet. Will not order anything else from this company. When I call the main office they can help. #WILLNEVERORDERFROMTHEAGAIN

I ordered furniture through a recommended supplier of HMI. After 3 months of waiting AND BEING TOLD by the corporate HMI office in North Carolina that the piece would be available, I received an email saying, it's not coming. Discontinued. 3 MONTHS wasted!!! I WILL NOT ATTEMPT AN ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! I would give them zero stars, but the system will not allow.

If you want a company that produces awful furniture then doesn't allow you to buy replacement parts check out Home Meridian! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have had a power reclining chair from them for 3 months and the power mechanism stopped working. Call customer service and they will not cover it under warranty or even allow me to purchase the part! I now have a chair that was purchased as a gift for my elderly father that cannot be reclined. What company won't even sell you the replacement parts?!?! Cannot find replacements online from third parties. This company is a joke.

I bought a $3000 bedroom set and was sent 4 bolts instead of 8 to put together the rails to the headboard and footboard I contacted home meridian and they can't send the 4 bolts and dont know where I can get them replaced. I was told: sorry, try looking on the internet!

Bad experience ordering from Home Meridian. I ordered a dining table set for a client, and was missing 5 of the 10 chairs upon delivery. Home Meridian made no attempt to right the situation. As an interior designer, I expect more furniture manufacturers to be more accountable. Would not recommend ordering from them, as I won't again.
