Own a Tesla and this shop is truly a hidden gem on fairness and they actually look out for the customer rather than like 2 other well known chains in the area have said on anything I needed oh that's gonna be expensive and I wish I was joking.
I highly recommend this shop to any other shops in high point NC. Don't even waste your time on the other shops. I'm truly impressed with the customer service, the other car I brought 2 months ago at 430 pm on a Friday they had me out of there quick.
All my tire needs I will be going here. Thanks

Tested these guys out after being treating so poorly by Oak hollow tire. My new shop for sure! Professional, friendly and to the point! Didn't try to sell me extra services and the price of my needs were very competitive. Reminds me of good old fashion customer service, hard to find these days.

Took my car to get an engine replaced in a 01 Jetta, my oil pan had a crack in it and got rid knock other than that never had any issues with my car. when I picked it up it had a check engine light for brake booster when I complained and asked why do I have this light if I never had it before the older guy in the front had the nerve to say that animals got in and chewed things up which was a huge lie the car was garage kept after that knew that this place was UNTRUSTWORTHY, I left it alone I wasn’t gonna argue with a man that didn’t like to take responsibility. The minute I drove off not even 5 minutes I ticking. I drove back and it turned out to be the fan was broke and now I needed to replace it (this they took responsibility for) I asked how do things that weren’t a problem before I took it to you are a problem after you “fix” it the older guy at the front said it was a mistake by his mechanics. Took 3 days before I got it back. I went to them because they seemed genuine and the end result I got was they were untrustworthy the moment the older man lied.

Great mechanics and very fair and responsible. These guys are true mechanics and not just parts changers! Dont have any idea why Coco woman left such a bad review. Don't pay any attention to her bad review. These guys have been around for decades in High Point servicing peoples cars. If they were not good then why have they been around so long!!

I need my EVP system fix & a smoke test. My car was fix that same day in a timely manner. Other then the lady with the pink hair driving the red 4 runner who try to run me over with the bad attitude. The ladies in the front were nice they didn't do anything extra to my Jeep without informing me first, I appreciate it.

DO NOT LET THESE CORRUPT SHADE TREE MACHANICS WORK ON YOUR CAR!
THEY CANT DO A SIMPLE ALIGNMENT. COST ME $4000 OF TIRES.
I took my charger to a great place to have alignment checked. They told me the rear cambers were not even touched. Chris the manager at High Point tire told me all was good. He lied. They never touched my rear alignment. They won't honor what they didn't do
