Had a terrific buying experience with Jim Tarrer and High Point Mitsubishi. He listened to what I wanted, and even though he didn't have on the lot what I wanted, he got it for me. He also got me a fair price without a lot of haggling. No tricks. I asked for a final price with taxes and fees, etc. He gave that to me; no other competitor did. Jim is so good, I would feel comfortable with my wife or daughter buying a car from him without me being there. A great guy and terrific salesman. Thank you Jim and High Point Mitsubishi!

Worst car buying experience of my life— worst buying anything experience of my life. Dealer was not knowledgeable of the car, the process, or communication skills. I will never recommend this dealer. If you are a first time buyer, stay far away.

I got my brand new 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander from Jim Tarrer. The process went incredibly smooth. Jim was very personable and so much help every step of the way. This is my second time buying from Mitsubishi, I bought a new 2020 outlander back in 2020, so couldn’t go wrong upgrading to a brand new one. I would urge you to give them a shot for your next automotive needs, and if that need happens to be acquiring a new car, ask for Jim. You won’t regret it.

Mitsubishi of High Point treats their customers the same way that they treat their staff: unprofessionallly. Questionable at best sales tactics in which up-sold, poor quality vehicles are pushed. Management is a joke-management pushes a “narrative” to drive good employees away, in favor of hiring their friends and girlfriends. This was a failing business before and will continue to be as long as current management continues treating customers poorly with fake promises and up sold junk cars. If anybody wants to question my claims, I’d be happy to provide information to the Better Business Bureau.

I rarely ever give a place such a low rating but when a company pretty much flat out lies to you, it's hard not to. Received in the mail from this company that we had won a 65in tv due to matching 7's. Come to find out, everyone get that. My mom who lives 10 mins away supposedly won too. It's a scam to get you in the door. So they waste your time and gas for a lead. However, fails to realize that customers truly value a honest word, especially when making a huge investment like a car. If I can't trust you on something I receive in the mail, how could I trust your business?
I read one review where High Point Mitsubishi said its a third party company sending it out. If so, I would do all I can to get them to stop. Because you're upsetting more people than your are helping. Wouldn't want that kind of reputation.
No one is asking for anything free, when it is supposedly given to you just for someone to maybe walk away with a dollar. When I called the number I heard her say come collect your prize, I wonder why she didn't say TV. I guess I know now. If you need $1 to $5 I guess show up. Otherwise, don't take anything this company says as truth.
