Very rude man named Manny here, he is very rude and offensive to talk with. This business uses and app called “Letgo” for free advertising for their floor pieces. He told me to go F myself and demanded I pay cash and come alone with no help for moving. I was interested in a cement top table. What a sketch ball. If management is interested in seeing what he wrote to me I’m happy to provide pictures of the text thread if Manny is the boss then god help him and his business. LADIES keep clear, I’m sure he is psychologically damaged and should be avoided at all costs along with this business.

Some associate or owner, I couldn't be sure who this delightful person is was awfully rude and offensive to me as a potential buyer. His name is Manny. I have attached a picture thread of his classy responses to my inquiry's. This business uses and app called "Letgo" for free advertising on some of their floor pieces that are available for purchase. I have blurred out some of the obscene and down right offensive language so Yelp will not be forced to remove this review. My husband and I are moving to NC from CA shorty and were interested in some pieces from this place. Obviously not any longer. I hope we are able to meet nicer people and patronize better business's than this. Classy place right? I wonder if he speaks to all women in this manner.

Not a PHYSICAL LOCATION of furniture warehouse. Came out of town to view furniture I saw on the website; only saw an auto body shop at the address listed. Called the number to verify location and after she finally answered, she told me it was just the office for her ONLINE furniture store; then provided me with the website and that's it—didn't ask me what I might be looking for, how she could help—just hung up. Looks like they do have a great selection online, but why even list an address if there's no furniture for viewing physically at the address listed?!

I ordered, and paid for, a Chippendale Sofa, Loveseat, Chair and Ottoman. Everything but the chair was delivered this morning. Delivery company will deliver the chair the next time they are in this area. Good delivery company. Sofa and Loveseat very pretty and there were no defects. However, when I sat on them, they were uncomfortable, which I told the driver. I thought it was due to the stiffness, so I signed the delivery receipt. Later, I measured their depth. They measured 32" deep but the website dimensions stated they were 34" deep. I called and was told I would receive a call back but there was nothing they could do, since they were custom made and that the website was wrong. I just wanted to exchange them for the size of the item I ordered, or at least get a credit towards something else. The website has now been changed to 32" and I'm being ignored. So, their idea of customer service is to correct false information and ignore the customer who relied on that false information.
