Called them and asked for pegs for my peg board and they said they had none. The other big box stores had no clue what I was talking about. I will order them on their website just for that. Sorry guys I get a Hard On walking I the door

Harbor Freight has a reputation of being the less expensive people to put it nicely. But, someone forgot to tell the staff here that, because they treat you like a royal family. The staff there is hands down second to none. They put an interesting perspective on quality over quantity, because you get both here. Thank you family I still be back and bringing more people's with me too.

If you have a job that needs to get done today and you might use the tool often, get it here. Quality at Harbor Freight has gone up dramatically over the past few years but the pricing is still way lower than the other big box stores.

Had a small issue @ another branch with an item - the High Point branch had a replacement & was extremely polite & helpful. Associate "L." was extremely easy to work with.

Always a pleasant place to shop, I absolutely love to come into this location. Even though I pass both Home Depot & Lowe's Hardware stores, Harbor Freight is where I rather be at. If I ever have a question I can find staff w/a quickness because their always around, especially Wendy the manager.
