Located on Hicone Road in Greensboro, NC. Furniture Clearance Center has the best selection of quality furniture at discounted prices! Low pressure environment. The employees really make it easy and are never pushy. They listened to my needs and all items were delivered as promised, on time. Thank you! Highly recommend them for all things furniture and home decor!!

I had an absolutely dreadful experience with the Furniture Clearance Center, and I wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy. I'm never going back again, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase any furniture from this store. It's totally a scam. I paid the full amount for a furniture set, and it was never delivered. The customer service was non-existent, and I was left in the dark about the status of my order for weeks. This store's complete lack of professionalism and disregard for its customers' hard-earned money is utterly infuriating. Avoid this location at all costs to spare yourself the trouble.

Extremely Unprofessional and Unreliable??I recently had a terrible experience with Furniture Clearance Center, and I feel compelled to share my story to prevent others from going through the same ordeal.I purchased a King size bed from this store on October 7th, and the salesperson assured me of the full amount of $3200, which included free delivery. After we paid in full, we went home and later evening they called us and claimed they had miscalculated and demanded an additional $1800. The so-called boss displayed appalling rudeness and refused to uphold the original agreement.We were promised delivery by October 17th, as indicated on the bill receipt. However, when we called to confirm, they claimed they couldn't find our receipt and suggested that we had called someone else. This blatant inconsistency and disregard for customer service left us deeply frustrated.Our attempts to visit the store in person were met with further hostility from the owner. He refused delivery but offered a refund while displaying an unacceptable level of anger and aggression. This is not how any business owner should treat their customers.To makes matters worse, they held our money for two weeks without providing the service we paid for, preventing us from investing it elsewhere. This is not only reflects poor business practices but also a lack of respect for their customers time and finances.I ask to take a picture of the original copy and few other receipts but he snatch paper from my hand before I took a picture of it, and told us to leave.I strongly advise against doing business with this store. Their lack of professionalism, inconsistency, and disrespectful attitude towards customers is simply unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your furniture needs.

I just bought the most beautiful sectional from here! The service was great from start to finish. The gentlemen on staff are kind, super helpful, and work great as a team to deliver the best experience. My sectional is huge, it’s a tufted velvety corduroy fabric in a beautiful blue green color. I paid for my sofa and 2 days later, it was in my living room! The delivery fee is very reasonable, and they deliver to Winston-Salem. The delivery was punctual, and only took them 15 minutes from arrival to departure, including setup. 10/10 will be shopping here again.Watch out for the pothole at the entrance, it’ll get ya!

I purchased a bedroom set last week for pick up "Tuesday or Wednesday, we will call and let you know." After paying in full and calling Wednesday and Thursday, I was just informed I won't be receiving my set for TWO MONTHS. Wouldn't have made the purchase if I'd known it would take eight weeks instead of the four days I was told. Wont buy anything here again.

I'm not sure if many people have gotten rid of all their furniture and moved across the country to buy new furniture. My family is in that category so faced with looking for furniture we came to the capital of furniture, High Point. The first place we looked at was closed down, likely due to Covid which claimed so many businesses. Second, we came here, but this is not a clearance center in my opinion. They have great furniture, but not at clearance center prices. It looked like it was either family-owned or managed. They were very nice, but there was absolutely nothing at our price point. The dresser we thought might be a good option was around $600 which for this area is not bad and all wood, again not bad. If you are looking for higher-end furniture at a good cost I would say come here and look around.

If I could give them no stars I would, the manager Dave is rude and didn’t try to resolve the matter . High Point has great furniture but this place is not one of them .

From the purchase to the delivery of my furniture, Furniture Clearance (HP location) did right by my family! The prices are very reasonable and financing is offered through Progressive Leasing ($52 down). Greg allowed me to shop in peace without being pushy as I’ve been accustomed to at other furniture stores. The item I wanted was in stock and was delivered the same day! The delivery team (Chad and Lucas) took the time to ensure they entered my home safely and even set up the furniture. I look forward to doing business again with them!
