Update apparently this is a philosophical auto parts store not only do they don't do what you ask, they give you some sort of strange reply riddled with anecdotes. What fun ?
I don't know man customer service there sucks. Forgive my harshness but I'm just returning the favor. I had work done there years ago on a car. It was my part and they had no problems putting it on. However in 2024 just a few weeks ago I called and Mr. attitude said we don't work with any customers parts. Weird weird weird. I know a guy that'll work with your parts and he's awesome. He does vehicle work for High Point University. Hit me up and I'll let you know. Five points out for $$$$$

Totally overcharged by this company. They think because they have been opened a long time they can do what they want and charge you thousands of dollars! Any negative reviews they get states the same response. Positive reviews are made by employees!

I took my 18 Pacifica to Five Points to fix engine problems. Long story short - Mark and his team went above and beyond expectations to ensure that my car was back on it feet. He also took it upon himself to research any warranty/recall notifications. Really appreciate his and the shop's help.

Blew a rear interior tire on my older 1977 F-350 dump truck a couple of days ago and was having a hard time finding someone locally who was familiar with that type of repair and equipped to fix it for me. A local car mechanic recommended that I take it to Five Points Motor Company just down the road between Jamestown and 311. The Bottom line is that… from start to finish I was so impressed with their demeanor , knowledge and service that I ended up having some other things fixed as well. Being a first time walk-in customer and in a situation where I had to have at least the tire work done soon… they could have easily taken advantage by charging me more. To my surprise the bill was definitely less than I anticipated. I am impressed… I will definitely be a return customer and would recommend them to others as well.
