Manager should not come in at a quarter till 10:00am, exactly 45 minutes after Family Follar on Fair Field opens, talking about yall want some chicken wings I want some chicken wings, yall want some wings lock up there ain't no body here. Someone says yea she over there. Manager walks over to me asks me to purchasce my stuff and leave so she can lock up and go to the bathroom. I should have set my basket in the floor but I didn't I checked out. I have half the mind to return it though. I'm pissed.... That's very poor customer service. .

Cashier was on the phone talking very loudly where u could hear her thoughout the store, she claimed she couldn't sell a pair of shoes that just wouldn't ring up, n then she claimed that the manager told her not to load cards. This was in the afternoon..why would a manager tell an employee not to do something that is normally down during day time hours. To me I feel like she wasn't there to really work but ju there to collect some money. She wasn't attending to the store properly just too busy yapping on the phone . And nothing anyone really wants to hear or know about also using the n word n cursing. Didn't feel like she was very professional at all. Made me just not even wanna go back there. I'd rather drive the extra mile to go to another store.

Went to the store tonight.. got there at exactly 9:38.. sign clearly says open until 10:00.. doors were locked.. this is not the first or third time this store has closed earlier than posted..had to take my business over to food lion..so bad for business.

WILL NOT GIVE REFUNDS FOR RETURNS! Even with your receipt they then ask for imaginary "confirmation number" or say they " don't know how to do returns" at this store.

This place has the rudeness employees here. They cuss at the customers, kick customers out for not having the right change. I dont shop there anymore. I have now moved my business to Dollar General. This store needs help.

My mother went to buy some Alka Seltzer and when she got home she realized that a sticker was used to cover up the expiration date. She went right back to the store and they wouldn’t take it back and didn’t want to exchange it. They started laughing at my mom and they were making fun of her. They were the two employees working at 7:30pm on 12/15/2020. She will NOT be returning back! Lack of customer service and complete disrespect!
