Place is in a Terrible location full of crackheads. Overworked and understaffed. I have no choice but to go to this place after dollar general got shut down thanks to that awful HPU. So now I gotta go to south main for my good bc too many crackheads around this family dollar I hope they shut the whole store down

Horrible customer service. Only one cashier and the line was backed up. The cashier called for someone to help after we (customers) asked her if she could call. Lisa, manager/asst manager, shows up and says she’s not on a drawer therefore can’t help and turns away last as if it wasn’t her responsibility. Not sure what kind, if any customer service training occurs within this company but I’ll drive 5-10 minutes out of my way before coming here again.

This was the first time I went to this family dollar I bought some blueberry and banana muffins this morning when I got home I realized that they were expired and had mold and fur on them. We have attempted to call the store several times with no one answering.

This store is overpriced and dirty. The staff is really friendly though and they're probably overworked and there's probably why it's dirty. And they don't control the prices so I don't blame them.
