My husband died 5 days prior. This was a planned trip to Michigan for my dead Son's kids to help make the first Xmas not so sad... Austen was very helpful and accommodating. I was to drive from NC to Michigan, and now doing it alone. In the mountains you never know what your gonna get and I needed and wanted the piece of mind that I was safe. I was shown a SUV. I didn't like the tire treads on the front. So they put me into another SUV that I was satisfied with. Thanks some much to Austen and the other employees for understanding.!!!

My family had a vehicle to breakdown and we live 3 hours away. We did an online transaction with enterprise in High Point NC. Sha-Ron and staff we very nice and professional. They did not have the vehicle I requested, but put me in something similar. The only complaint would be that enterprise should update their website to the vehicles in stocks. I know there is a lot of turnover and probably not capable but it would be nice.The staff at the Shallotte NC we professional and nice.

MISLEADING company with their website and FAQs.Giving this establishment zero stars would have been my choice if it were an option. Prior to scheduling my trip, I meticulously combed through their FAQs and conducted extensive research. However, my frustration peaked when attempting to finalize my reservation, only to find out that they do not accept Chime, despite explicitly stating their acceptance of debit cards with VISA. This incident marked the first and only time my Chime card was rejected, despite its usual seamless compatibility with other cards in its category.What a waste of time.

Pleasant experience just walking in the door agent was polite and had everything ready when I arrived explained everything about the car I was renting and I was on my way in no time

I would’ve given them 5 starts but the car I had booked weeks in advance wasn’t available upon arrival so that’s why I took a star away.. Other than that the process was quick and easy. I’d recommend using a credit card instead of debit. My vehicle got me to my destination and back safely with no issues.. There is a $300 deposit on top of normal rental amount, but it will be refunded back to you upon returning the vehicle safely. All in all, I’d recommend this company to anyone looking to get a rental, thanks again!

Experience was good until I decided I didn’t need the rental for a full week. All of a sudden the daily rate increased and I just find that to be bad business. If you quote me a price then the eate should stay the same whether REGARDLESS to how long I need the rental. As a loyal customer of their, I am extremely disappointed

I rented a car while mine was being repaired. The staff at Enterprise was great. Everything was easy and quick. I will return anytime I need a rental car. Great Service!
