My Jeep had a malfunction with the driver’s seat and headrest with an airbag. It was drivable, but had to be fixed soon or possibly parked. The Collision Repair Manager, Elvira, ordered the part needed in minutes and they assured me that it could be fixed. A few days later, my car was ready. From start to finish, my experience at East Coast Autowerks went very smoothly.

Great business to work with. Used them for a motor vehicle collison, and the insurance company referred us to them. All employees are friendly, and took the time to explain each step of the repairs being done, and never got frustrated with all the calls.The work done was amazing. You'd never know two doors, trim and new paint was ever applied. Beautifully done, and done in a timely manner!!! Would most definitely recommend.Services: Painting

A friend recommended them to us. I had a dent in the left front bumper. They kept it the amount of time they said they would and it looks great. I hope not to need them again but if I do this is the place I will be going. Thank you, great job. Love how you matched the color perfectly.

Had a little fender bender and if you know me, any dent or ding I have to have taken care of immediately. Other shops in the area had a waiting list over 6 weeks long. No thank you!!So happy I found East Coast Autowerks. Elvira was more than wonderful to work with. They gave me a wonderful quote that my insurance company ended up using. They were able to get me immediately. It was very comforting when they told me every vehicle is brought safely in at night. I drive an Alfa Romeo, and was worried, as I don’t know anyone else who cares enough to do so. I had my car back in under a week. It looks fantastic! I am always worried about having a flawless color match. They didn’t skimp out, they used paint used is a seamless match to the Alfa Snow. No one will ever know it had been repaired and painted, as their work is flawless! I wish I could give them 10 stars. Great customer service, wonderful communication keeping me up-to-date on every process and flawless work. You don’t find that all in one place these days. Oliver and crew did an incredible job on 2 jobs recently. One was absolutely perfect paint job on my son's 1985 corvette and the other was body work on my truck that had a limb fall on it. They were absolutely amazing. My Cooper needed a new bumber. The manager Elvir has stellar customer service!! They done an excellent job on my GLC Mercedes Benz. They had to repair a tear in my seat and paint the bumper over my tire. After the team was finished you couldn’t even tell it was scratched on the bumper or a tear in the seat. She quoted me a week and they were finished in 3 days. They were fast and efficient . Great communication!!! I will definitely recommend them and go back if I have another repair need.

This place is the best! Took my car in for an oil change and they topped off all the fluids, checked my tires/alignment as well as an overall general inspection at no additional cost!
