Absolutely terrible service. I’ve been to this location to pick up meds twice and both times I stood at the counter for upwards of 15 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me when there were two people standing in the pharmacy. Nothing, not even “I’ll be with you in a second”. When I asked kindly if they could help me I got scoffed at and told it would be “just a minute” after 10 more I left and transferred my prescription.

They used to be good. The last couple times I've been disappointed. They appear to be under-staffed for one thing. The automated system has always been an annoying nightmare, but the people at the pharmacy were friendly and it isn't their fault that the automated system leaves you frustrated. However, at this point, things are so bad staff don't even answer the phone the last couple times I have tried to contact them. I made a trip to pick up an Rx the automatic system said was ready and could not reach a staff member to verify this via phone. In fact, the Rx was not ready. There was only one person on duty so I didn't say anything, but I won't be back.
