Jamie was so rude and awful to me today. Told me my prescription wasn’t in when it was then offered nothing but attitude when trying to figure out why I was told something that was untrue. After the doctor called to make sure they had the medication it was given to me right away with the same attitude but no explanation. The pharmacist was unnecessarily rude as well I just didn’t catch her name. I’m so disappointed and will not be back to this CVS

This CVS is the worst the pharmacy is so rude to people it is unbelievable. I know they are under staffed but that is know reason to be so disrespectful to customers.

I'm out of state. Had to transfer three prescriptions here. Went up to counter with my id and my story. They LISTENED. They looked me up without question and verified all of it correctly the first time. They knew exactly what I said. It took minimal effort. If all transactions were this easy and pleasant, there would be no issues in this world. THANK YOU!

Don't even waste your time on the pharmacy... Every time I've ever came to pick something up, it's never ready. Always have to go up there 2-3 different times to get my things, that I ordered a day or two or even three days prior. And they never say why it's not ready, or when it will be ready, or if it's out of stock and when it will be in stock, etc... Unless I directly ask questions. It's like pulling teeth with this place. I switched to somewhere else, where they will have my stuff ready in about two hours from now this same day instead of "2-3 days from now. Maybe. If I'm realllly lucky."

HERE we go again with CRAPPY CVS SERVICE about medicine. I have been getting text messages to my phone about a certain medicine and saying I needed to call my doctor, I did NOT recognize the 2 initials so I called the pharmacy and it took 5 minutes to get a person on the phone. I told them what I needed gave my name, date of birth and the 2 letters of the meds that I needed to know. the lady was a white elderly lady with a raspody voice, so she placed me on hold for 15 minutes NEVER coming back. So I called back and it took 5 more minutes to get a answer from the same lady, I told her that was RUDE to leave someone on hold and never coming back and I was call the district manager and I wanted her name, SHE HUNG UP. This was OVER MEDICINE and MY HEALTH and she HUNG UP. This is the second time in 2 months, I am still missing medicine and the head pharmacist said my family was stealing it to get cured of COVID which is even more stupid since everyone is tripled vaccinated. HE GOT FIRED for his comments but my meds are STILL MISSING and all I got was I am SORRY that I had to suffer in pain for 7 days because of them

I am about to leave a VERY bad review on Google, Yelp and anywhere else I can. The reason for this, an IMPORTANT medicine I take for my RA was evidently SHORT the last time I refilled it, The reason is I have 11 days before it can be refilled and I have only 4 days LEFT. When means they shorted me 7 days or 14 pills. I did not know it is a REQUIREMENT of the customer to count the medicine before LEAVING. I did call the store and they said I could not fill it early and accused me of taking too much medicine, which is RIDICULOUS since I have a pill box, I am more likely NOT to take enough. So from now on I will have to COUNT my medicine IN THE STORE before leaving to make sure I have not been screwed again with my medicines

They are short staffed and spend all there time giving false hope to seniors in the form of covid boosters and no time filling prescriptions. My prescriptions were sent in at 10am and weren't ready at 3:45pm. Also my diabetes meds were supposed to be ready yesterday and was still listed as out of stock but was sitting on the shelf.

This review is for the pharmacy. Specifically the old lady that works in the pharmacy. I have never encountered a more unpleasant unfriendly human being in my life. She is like this every single time I go in the store! Customer service is definitely not for you! Time to retire if you can't stand working with the public!

The pharmacist that was working when I went in to fill my wife’s prescription completely ignored me while I waited patiently at the drop off counter. A cashier saw me standing there and asked me to be patient because he was so busy. He wasn’t. He may have been trying to fill a prescription but all he had to do for me is take a piece of paper and tell me when to come back. That would have taken maybe 30 seconds. Instead he chose to leave me standing there and when 2 other customers walked in he immediately went to wait on them. This is not the first time that this pharmacist has done this to me. I have never had a disagreement with this person so I can only assume he is either rude or incompetent. I will not deal with this pharmacy again and I recommend finding another place to go to.
