My experience was outstanding at the store on North Main in High Point. Natalie went above and beyond to help diagnose and fix the issues with my phone with patience and professionalism. She along with the rest of the staff had fantastic customer service and made my visit very pleasant. So glad I came into this location.

I came by today to upgrade my phone and the young lady there her name was Carolane, she was very helpful and gave me the best recommendation to upgrade my phone. I walked out the store very happy with my purchased and all the accessories I got. 10/10 recommend this store.

I have no idea how to make my phone do what it should do, but the young lady at the store was extremely helpful with switching my old phone to my new phone. She even tested it before I left. I'm super pleased. She explained what she was doing even during the silence she let me know what she was working or waiting on. 1st time there... Very thankful.
