My experience was outstanding at the store on North Main in High Point. Natalie went above and beyond to help diagnose and fix the issues with my phone with patience and professionalism. She along with the rest of the staff had fantastic customer service and made my visit very pleasant. So glad I came into this location.

Carol and the other girls are very friendly. Carol went above and beyond helping me get all my information transfer to my new iPhone. They are always looking out for me and my family. 10/10 would recommend??
