When I entered this Cricket store the young man (African American), quickly smiled and said, "Ma'am, how can I help you?". He has a beautiful personality. He sold me a new phone. He transferred all of my information, savings and pictures. I let him keep both of my phones to get it thoroughly activated. When I came back the next morning another young man was in the store. He greeted me with his handsome smile too; He also said, "How are you doing this morning?". He had my phones on the counter ready for me. With his knowledge and professions, he showed me how to work the new phone. I really appreciate both of the young men at this Cricket Store!

I was having a HUGE issue with my phone for a few days, no time to take it to Apple and go through that ordeal so i reluctantly stopped by cricket, Sebastian resolved my issue with a quickness and i was so happy with his customer service. Id prefer not to visit the carrier, however Sebastian and team helped me feel at ease. Thanks guys.
