Urging parents to really watch cameras. I watch the cameras and I am like " how do parents seeing this leave their children in this daycare" .When they know that you watch cameras, they treat your child differently than other kids.Withdrawing my child very soon

Honest review :Today was my child’s first day at Childtime ( Twos class) . The office is very responsive and courteous.Looking at the camera to make sure my child is fine. Kadejah treated my child and other children very well and you can tell that she loves her job . Yasmine on the other is not suitable for the position. She was grabbing my child in an unsafe way to put him back to sleep when he was in his space trying to rock himself to sleep. I had to call to request to leave him alone , and not to force him, as that is his way of soothing as long as he doesn’t bother other kids . They also were putting him in a spot that was not visual to the camera , I could only see his head . Comes snack time , my child was trying to drink from a cup , which he obviously had a hard time and spilled it . Yasmine cleaned it and throw the cup away and didn’t offer him another cup or helped him drink. He was thirsty and tries to grab another child’s cup( I felt so bad looking at my child trying to drink but being grounded for spilling water ) . Another child was having a hard time, she was offered a green sippy cup , but not my child . She also was pushing chairs with her foot to make him get up after snack time . Kadejah did acknowledge that Yasmine was new and they were giving her feedback on many other things to learn .I called to share my concerns with the management . Instead of saying “ we will go back to look at the camera and coach from within “ they told me “ I am not on camera , it’s what you said and what she said . She said he was having a hard time napping “Which obviously I didn’t appreciate, they could easily go back and look at the camera and see my concerns .I decided to withdraw my child immediately, I did not feel safe for my child to be around Yasmine .Management should listen to parents concerns and also peers as also Kadejah mentioned that she was approaching management with feedbacks.They also should coach that new children would need time to adapt , and it’s not fair to treat them otherwise just because they are feeling overwhelmed and do not know the “system “yet .

Our son has been going to Childtime for about 7 months now and we have had a great experience. We absolutely adore the infant teachers. All of the teachers and staff are passionate about caring for all of the little ones that are in their care. They truly go above and beyond to keep them happy, safe, and well taken care of. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

This daycare is absolutely wonderful. They treat my toddler like family, and the staff are always available to answer any questions or concerns. The main highlights for us, besides the cameras, is everything is brand new and clean! The play area outside is perfect for kids, and there are a ton of activities for them to do. They are never bored! The location is very convenient as well, easy to get in and out quickly before work.
