My child has been going here for over 6 months and it has truly been great! We have seen how much this daycare has grown and it has been a smooth transition. They make a point to speak with all of the parents and really focus on the kids' strengths. The director, Ms. Tovia, has been such a great person to communicate with about all of our needs and concerns. She brings a really nice sense of happiness to the place. Ms. Kiana and Ms. Keisha have also both been wonderful teachers, who care and really help the kids advance in their skills. I really appreciate how well kept up they are on their cleanliness and sanitation methods. They have every child wash their hands before interacting with any other kids or playing with anything in the classrooms. Every evening at pickup, I see them sanitizing they're rooms; toys, tables, chairs, counter tops, bathrooms; and even washing all linens used during that day. The workers who work in the younger classrooms, are very couscous and wear coverings around their shoes anytime they exit their room. Overall, the staff here has really helped my child and helped reassure me that they are in good hands.

Amazing staff with so much heart and caring mindset it’s wonderful seeing our GEN get excited about going to daycare GEN has been @ this childcare network location since she was three months old she’ll be three this October the teachers here at childcare network really make a effort to engage the kids and develop them in a very individualized way . The management is really committed to providing a SAFE ,FUN and LOVING environment and we’re very thankful for the staff and the Director and the Assistant Director @ childcare network I would like to give this location a FIVE STAR ⭐️❤️

We have been at Childcare Network on Fairfield for almost 2 months and plan to stay long term.Tovia, the Director, has always been friendly and available to answer any questions we have. The teachers and support staff have all been fantastic!It’s clean which was super important to me!!!The ability to check in on my child during the day, with the cameras, is really great. I love getting the kid report at the end of the day telling me what she ate, diapers, activities and pictures.I’m comfortable leaving my child with Childcare Network on Fairfield. I know that she’s being taken care of and that they care.

This is my first ever child care experience with with my first child. I was super nervous with all the horror stories and the events that take place at other daycares. However, I knew from the tour this was the place for my son. He came in at 3 1/2 months and Ms.Shawn has been an exceptional gem since day 1. She has made this process so much easier and I absolutely love her and the attentiveness she constantly give to my child. Alongside all the other child care workers that take care of my child 40/hrs a week. Also, love the camera addition so I can check in on him threw out the day and I don't have to be a worry wart. Overall this day care and all the faculty and staff are nothing short of amazing. Their communication skills, patience, hospitality, and interpersonal skills. I would not have chose any other day care.

I can not say thank you enough to the staff here at this daycare, this is the second childcare center my daughter has attended and I will keep her here as long as I can do so. Everyone is always so friendly, protocols are followed, and they show much love to all the kids that attend.I say this because of the first childcare center my daughter attended she was not properly cared for 80% of the time, I constantly worried and worried, but; here we know she is in good hands and will be cared for like she should be.Thank you to all the staff and teachers!

The teachers here at CNI #242 have proven to love our girls so much over the years! They stayed open - somehow! - through covid and worked tirelessly to get teachers. They have always treated our children the way they'd want their own children treated. Honestly, my daughters love this center and I dread the day they're outgrow it.

Best experience! My little was having behavioral issues and instead of sending him home or making him out to be a problem child, they were extremely patient with him and me while we explored treatment options. We have come such a long way with my child and the office staff has been amazing along with each one of the teachers there. Never had a bad encounter with anyone in the facility. Feels like the staff love the children as their own.

Recently I’ve learned some information worth sharing about this particular daycare that is concerning.. Per their policy a child is allowed to attend daycare with the following : Runny Nose , Cough as long as that child does not exhibit a fever. At this time 10/28/22 it has been posted that a child has tested positive for the Flu .. Upon research I’ve discovered that the Flu is not always accompanied by a fever neither is Covid and remember Covid is most contagious for the first 5 days . This means that a child can pass either illness to staff and well children to take home to their families ! All this is per protocol ! So the question is are they open for monetary gain with NO CONCERN for contributing to the spread for infectious diseases or to give care and supervision to our children in the safest way possible? Just ask them their policy on sick kids ! Your Welcome !

Terrible hostility. Had a strange man changing my infant girls diaper after i specifically said no men to change her diapers. Ignored my requests.

I was very skeptical about putting my child in a corporate daycare, but this place has exceeded my expectations. Great teachers and staff. I love the new assistant director, she’s great with the kids and is attentive to their needs. Merry child loves going to school. Thank y’all for making it a great place to learn.

I have three children that attend this center. One is a after schooler and i have two little girls. Their teachers are amazing and very caring for them. They have learned so much from going to CNI. My son was in the KPA 2 class it helped him so much going into kindergarten thanks to his teacher Ms. Carla, she is a amazing teacher. The administrators up front are very professional and caring for the children. When it comes to the parents they are caring and make sure that all their needs are meet. The new assistant director Ms. Brandi always greets every child and parent with a smile and a good morning, good to see you. This center is very family, friendly environment. I am very happy with my children going here not only do i feel that they are safe but, they are learning as well. I would recommend this CNI to any parent who ask me about childcare!! This is a amazing place for children to learn and grow!!
