My husbands phone unexpectedly broke. We stopped in for help last night and had a very good experience. We got a new phone, some additional chargers that we needed and I got a new screen protector. We were in and out in about 45 minutes. It was quick, efficient and the salesperson had a great personality. Thank you

We had an INCREDIBLE experience with this store and Ryne Redding. He was knowledgeable, helpful and incredibly efficient. He helped us get the best deals, set up everything for us and walked us through what is different about each phone. Mike Pirone is without question, one of the most professional and courtesy agents I have had the pleasure of working with. He has consistently worked with my company to ensure we were utilizing all of the features of our corporate cell phones possible. The transactions yesterday were no exception. We drive from our town to HP just because we know at his store we will get the best service and options possible. Well done Verizon you have an example of what all verizon stores should look like. Rave Reviews for Santino Sineni. Totally 5-stars for friendliness, personality, professionalism, patience and determination to resolve my issues with a recently purchased phone (even though he was not the person who sold it to me so did not get any commission). It took 3-weeks to resolve everything but he never gave up. Even provided his work schedule so I could continue dealing with him. First week dealt with three others who barely gave me 5-minutes of their time and wanted me to do all the work when tech support needed them - not me. He is a true asset to the Verizon organization. I tell everyone "if you need a phone or have an issue, Santino is the man you want to see." Call ahead to get his schedule. You will be sooooo glad you did. Thanks Santino

Just wanted to let you know about my experience with Garrett Holloway. Garrett is very professional, extremely knowledgeable and very patient as he was advising me and comparing to me the LG velvet and Motorola top of the line phone it was such a pleasure to work with him in helping save me money on my monthly bill as I have been a verizon customer since altel.
