Sorry to have to complain about Whites since they have fixed my truck in the past with no issues! But this time takes the cake. I took it in for a front suspension check ,air leak and fuel tanks not equalizing. Was told they had all but one air leak found and they didn’t have the part to fix it in stock. So long story short I got my truck back and the next morning went to it only to find now my leak was worse. Leaked totally down to zero in both #1 and #2 sides. Before #1 would drop to zero and #2 would drop to around 60 psi over night. So got my bottle of soapy water out and found a fitting on the side of my dryer leaking that they didn’t catch. Called them and they said they had that part in told them I would come get it. Got there to let them know of the other fitting they missed only for them to tell me bring it back so they can make it right. Right would have been not to charge me $507 in labor just to find an air leak. Live and learn on that. Just fix it yourself which by the way I’m having to do after another $103 in parts! Charles and all the people there are great but I just can’t see being charged $507 and still has an air leak worse than before they worked on it. And Bringing it back only means more labor charge for doing nothing! My total bill was $876.39 they charged me to check the front suspension $234 which I didn’t mind since they checked both left and right king pins springs and shocks and all joints for play. Just complaining about my air leak and fuel not equalizing. I’ve added 2 phots one when I parked it after I got my truck back and one when I went to check on it the next morning to see if what they did make the leak better. And as you can see with my fuel gauge being different is it didn’t equalize until the next morning as well. So will still need to get that fixed as well since they said they checked the lines and all was good!
Here is an update to my air leak that Whites international charged me to fix and didn’t do a darn thing!!!! I found more leaks that oh they missed go figure!!!! I have photos below of the newest fixes!!!! I wish that shops would be out to keep customers coming back with quality fixed the first time work and not fix it charge you and say bring it back so we can charge you more to make it right!!!!!!

Amazing dealership, in my 12+ years of owning a fleet there is only a hand full of dealerships that work this great. Charles is one of those guys that every dealership would want working for them. He communicates, he pushes to make sure that the carriers are back on the road and working like the industry should. He is not your typical guy that will let the truck sit for a week for a small issue. He will handle the issue so that trucks move and the bigger jobs get done. If I could I would give 10 starts. Great service from Chris in parts. I needed a universal joint for an International 4300 in Charlotte but was having trouble finding one locally so I checked with Whites. They had two in stock. We were leaving Charlotte to go pick it up when our mechanic found one near us. Although we didn’t end up having to go to Whites, I appreciate Chris’ help.
