“Great customer service. Very pushy about getting the monthly subscription which will ultimately be the reason I don’t go back purely because I don’t know how to say no and always end up in a subscription I don’t need or want. The carwash itself was great, fast, and did a promising job. I noticed it left some old bug splatter and bird poo on my windshield and the rain-x (whole reason I choose to go here) left my windshield pretty quickly in the afternoon rain shower. The vacuum station is fantastic to use though! The employees consistently made sure the area was clean and organized, the trash cans emptied, clean rags put out, and the vacuums themselves did an amazing job with the suction. Overall it’s a great car wash.”
“Had a situation with roofing material all over my car including the windshield. Another detailer worked on it and wasn't able to get it off completely. Professional Touch took care of it to my 100% satisfaction. They even dealt with the roofing contractor. Highly recommend this place for any detailing needs.”

“The car wash did what a car wash is suppose to do, wash a car! The location was clean and free from any trash and overgrown weeds. The stall and vacuum cleaner station worked appropriately but I must admit the time went way to fast. Spent almost $8 to vacuum the front seating area of the vehicle and the poor little man beside me had already spent $18 on a car wash because apparently the stall he was at didn’t beep as time was running out.”

“Well what can I say it's a laser wash, that being said, it did a pretty good job on cleaning the exterior of my vehicle. I had trouble when I pulled up getting the machine to read my card but the attendant came out and gave me a hand. And that's a level of service I've never received at a self service car wash. All in all fantastic car wash at great prices”
“Perfect for manual Washing $2 for all 4 minutes Services. Make sure you bring quarters because the vacuum machine takes only the quarters. Alternatively they have coin machines which accept up to $10 bills.”
“First local wash where both sides of the car were cleaned. It is the only one with guide rails so car is positioned correctly. That makes a difference. My first choice from now on.”
“Honestly, great wash. Only come here or do a hand wash. Works perfectly every time and looks GREAT. These other folks probably have caked up cars over years and expect a touch-less wash to get every spec off. It’s not going to vacuum under your hood, lady. Idi0ts.”
